Ordered takeout. My boyfriend was the one that picked it up and He said that people were very friendly, And personable. We saw a lot of negative reviews and it really freaked us out. But after getting the food, it’s truly not that bad. It’s actually pretty good. We’re happy with our purchase. We’ll order again. We live pretty close and we wanted some decent Chinese food and this seems to be the place. Wanted to try the other China restaurant, but it was expensive, so we gave it a try. Glad we did. Only thing I would say is I wish the ragoons had more filling but, I get it. Most places are like that now.
so even though there’s a lot of negative reviews. They were from over a year ago, place isn’t as bad as it’s led to be.

Food is always fantastic, and not badly priced for what you get. Chinese AND Japanese menu, so you can get Hibachi meals at a better price than the Japanese restaurant.

Had a very weird experience... I placed a 40 $ delivery with tip .I placed the order at 7 with a promise time of 8. 8:20 I called store they said they would call the driver. 10 mins later I call back and ask for a new eta. Still no straight answer on when they left with my order. Now 9 at night, I go to the store to get my food remade . (I was upset but hey i srill wanted my food, so i asked them to remake it and id pick up) . When I get there Noone is cooking or even trying to get the food remade. He gave me my money after another guest came in looking for thier "lost pickup" . So weird 😕

It was about 15 minutes past the time it was supposed to be delivered. Called, they said “it’ll be there soon. They just left”.
It was almost 2 hours past the time it was supposed to be delivered. Called again. “We don’t have an order with that name”… “tell me what was on the order”… “we can’t find that in the system”…
Asked for a refund. They told me they couldn’t do it, that I’d have to go through the company from their website? Idk them… Or dispute it with my bank?..
Idk but seems hella fishy to me. I usually would go here a couple times a month. I’ve had bad experiences before with them but have given them multiple chances. I’m done because this was fishy as hell!

Foods always good, but the last few times I've ordered delivery, they didnt start making my food until I called them so its taken almost 2 hours to get food from the time its placed. I would suggest door dash/outside delivery, or takeout, as they aren't reliable on delivery themselves.
