We ordered takeout and our rice was completely raw. Crunchy raw. I tried to call the store not even to get a refund, but to let them know so nobody else got raw rice in their order and my call was either hung up on or declined.
Chipotle has been going downhill in portion size for to-go orders. My husband and I just dealt with it and ordered double protein. But inedible is a new level.
We will start ordering Qdoba or stick with the Milwaukee Grill Burrito from now on.

I'll start off by saying, I love Chipotle. It's one of my favorite places to get food for my 18 month old. I usually order online, but we decided to dine in because we had a 30 minute drive home. First thing I did when we got there was take her to the bathroom to change her diaper. I was absolutely appalled that there was no changing table in the women's restroom. I had to take her back out to my car to change her there, because I sure as hell am not going to do it on the floor. Thank goodness it was a nice day out, otherwise we would've just went somewhere else for dinner. You have a kids menu and high chairs. You need a changing table to accommodate those young ones still in diapers. I hope this location will consider adding them.

My husband and I have always loved Chipotle. The food is reasonably priced for how big the portions are and the food is usually fresh. But today I did a 6pm pickup and got there at 5:55pm and I was home by 6:10 and the side of guacamole was brown beyond belief. How can you charge over $2 for a side of brown slop? Luckily I used my birthday reward so it was free but what is the point of a reward when the food is going to be nasty like that? The last 2 times we have gone here the drinks were empty earlier in the evening with hours before they close and another time they were open over 2 hrs and didn't even put the lemonade etc together and fill it. I love ordering a watermelon limeade on the app and then getting there to empty machines. I ended up getting a regular Coke but wouldn't have spent the money had I known they wouldn't fill their drinks. It will be a while.... before we give Chipotle another try.

It's just might be me but. The food was okay. It was lukewarm. They seem to be busy. The problem I have is they brag about how Earth friendly they are or whatever you want to call it. Yet you can't use more than one gift card per order online. I had two gift cards so I had to make two orders. So then I end up with an extra bag. Both orders I wanted napkins and utensils. One bag I got napkins. No utensils. The second bag. No napkins or utensils. So obviously they don't care much about the environment cuz now I'm wasting two bags. Of course they did save on napkins.

Came in as they were preparing for a catering order. As busy as they were, they kept a positive attitude and even gave me a free soda for the wait. Super optimistic & nice, love those guys!!

Found out they were out of fajita veggies after waiting for more to be cooked. Our server did her best, but the manager was rude. We left and went to sit down mexican for about same price, with better service and portions.

Let’s be honest you don’t go here for world class service or food, these are minimum wage workers being micromanaged by managers that act like the ingredients come out of their pay checks, go in knowing what you want and are on a mission. Ask for extra rice beans etc, if you want. Never order online, and remember keep a good attitude even when they’re pissed, some of them might not have much to lose. Remember the food is extremely hit or miss sometimes it taste like someone put more salt than rice in the rice, and other times it’s absolutely amazing, you just never know what to expect at the Chainsville Chipotle!!

3rd time getting a delivery with very small portions- bowls came with barely enough food to cover the bottom. It was good for awhile but has gone back to very small portions again. For the price it’s not roght

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The Gentlemen behind the counter with the tattoos was extremely friendly and nice, excellent costumer service. The food was delicious as always. Thank you for keeping it real
