I am at a hotel. I ordered delivery and asked for utensils three times. No utensils provided. Also, the kids meal quesadilla is an absolute joke.

Ordered online for pick up. Ordered Double Chipotle Honey Chicken and extra steak. There was barely a half portion of chicken and absolutely no steak. Also ordered extra rice, cheese, beans. Barely a pinch of cheese was in my bowl. Not even a regular serving of rice and normal serving of beans. I paid $20 to get a $12 bowl (barely). The manager acts like the ingredients come out of his paycheck. Even though they raised their prices to compensate full servings of ingredients. Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Absolutely filthy, very inconsistent serving sizes, running out of things on the line and serving left over scraps as a full serving. Never going to waste my money at this location again. I’ll go out of town if I want chipotle that bad. 0/5.

The rice is cilantro rice and I do not like cilantro. It spoiled the whole meal for me.

don't worry I'll be calling corporate. everything was a horrible experience. didn't change gloves after cashing someone out and it going back to make food. 5/22/25 340p ish crew 2 girls and 2 guys. ALL SAD CLOWNS on their faces. not one employee looked like they are happy to have a job!! are you beating your employees because they all looked like they wanted to cry before i even got inside. the food portions are all over the place. my wife got a ton of chicken for the bowl but i get a partially filled spoon for my sofritas and the lady even tapped more off. then has the audacity to say it'll be extra money for extra sofritas even though i didn't actually receive a portion of it on either one of my burritos. i paid $20 for 2 burritos YOU GIVE ME THE FULL PORTION dmn it

My Friend and I had lunch at Chipolte in Janesville on Monday 1/18/21 and we both had the exact same thing to eat. Later that evening we both started to get really bad stomach cramps and had to take turns in the bathroom until we were able to get to bed. Today is now 1/22/21 and we are both still very sick from the food we ate here. As for the food itself, it was ice cold. The only reason we ate as much of it as we did was simply because we hadn't eaten anything yet that day and we were famished. I wouldn't recommend eating here. We really hope this awful gut wrenching pain and diarrhea will end soon..

Great food. I haven't had anything bad there yet. I was partial to the burritos, but last time, I got a bowl, and I liked that even more. It's really filling. I can get one bowl and split it between my wife and I. I didn't give any stars for atmosphere because I don't stay and eat there. I always pick up the food and go home. So, I have no opinion of the atmosphere.
