We had a birthday party for my 6 year old at the Janesville location. I did not book the birthday package, as there wasn't enough time. We did a walk-in package instead (12 people total). There was a Halloween event so the kids dressed up and received extra points. The food was good, everything was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back soon.

The young ladies that helped with my granddaughter's birthday party were amazing.The store was clean.The food was good.The offered a nice option of a vegetable appetizer tray which was delicious.My granddaughter had an amazing time

Horrible and would not recommend anyone bring their kids here for their birthday party. It shows five stars, but it is 1 star and that is only because 0 star is not an option. I attempted to go to the link that was provided and of course the link is broken. But here is my experience: My oldest daughter arrived at Chuck E. Cheese first to get everything set up and ordered then I arrived. The food took longer than any other Chuck E. Cheese I have ever been at. Then we did not get all of our food and when asked about our food one lady tried to act as if we were trying to get free food. Then after looking at the receipt, they made the rest however now the other food was cold. We were told Chuck E. Cheese would come around and hand out candy which he did not; a employee in plain clothing came out with a bucket and said anyone want a piece to get one piece we did not even realize that was the handout in the place of Chuck. We were told we would get candles with the cakes we purchased, and Chuck would bring the cake out, that never happened. Chuck E. never even acknowledged my child while we were there. I seen Chuck E. one time and I said hey over here, here is the birthday girl and he waved and would not come to our table. I did not want my child to feel bad or realize what happened, so we made the best of a very unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this place. Furthermore, the table we sat at should have been put out of service and was not and while three children were sitting there the bench part broke while they were on it exposing wood and my oldest daughter grabbing on the bench as a reaction got a splinter. They were aware the table was damaged and did not even tell us. We had to move our party guests to two different tables after this mishap. Yes, a complete nightmare.

The manager there is so high she doesn’t know where she is let alone what day it is. She freaks out on customers when there 2 year old child changes his mind about going on the trampoline there after paying a additional charge for that after paying 60$ for 45 mins and then charged me 20$ more for the trampoline and had a huge explosion about refunding me my money and also said she didn’t want the socks back cause they were on my kids dirty and they weren’t even on him and threw them back at me! Just blows my mind that at a family center this is happening to family’s paying a hunch of money. Just sickening

Most times we come here we have a great experience. Today there are different people working and it shows. I’m sitting in our booth watching my kids play and multiple tables (that came in after us) get their food.
I go up to ask and the guy goes in back, comes out and says, “they forgot to make it. They’ll do it now.” Then walks away. No, “I’m sorry” or anything. Pretty rude.

We have been here around 14 times in the last few weeks. We have a monthly pass. I always see someone cleaning something. Today it was a bit dirty compared to other times, but don't let that turn you away if you were there when it was like this. I promise someone is usually wiping tables, sweeping, cleaning the games, and bathrooms. I see the same handful of people working. They work hard, you can tell they're exhausted, but are still really nice. I also love the safety here. You take a family selfish, show them before you play, and before you leave, you show them again. This is great to make sure no one tries leaving with your child/dren. We are vegan so we can't eat here, so I cannot comment on the food, other than the fries which were under cooked (we ordered the platter) that is probably why there was an issue. Great place to go when it's hot, cold, or raining.

I don’t go here often but I just made a recent trip here so I decided to take the time and comment on a few things. First I don’t know what they do here for their pizza but Chuck E Cheese has probably the BEST pizza of any pizza place around, this would include Pizza Hut , Domino’s and the rest and has been this way for years, nothing has changed over the years still the best place to go for pizza although not on the cheap side but excellent. Second the restrooms are always spotless at this location which to me was surprising with the amount of children here (not sure how they keep up with this one). Now my only complain with the amount of money they charge to play games for the kids and so many machines don’t work they need to step their game up and fix the ones that are constantly down for what they charge. Other than that no complaints.
Took kids to play for few. Small place. All games are pretty cool.

Kids love this place! As an adult, I am never impressed. Always kind of dingy and dirty, greasy pizza without much flavor, never enough staff on duty, and they always seem annoyed to be working there and having to do their jobs.
