Amazing customer service always. No matter who is working. They're so nice. We just left, and they were so kind, even our senior dog was treated with kindess. Fries are awesome as well.

Last time ordering from this place. I placed and paid for my order online. When I arrived to pick it up, the employee told me she was closing the store because she was the only one working. I explained that I had already paid online, and she told me to request a refund through DoorDash, even though I did not order through DoorDash.
She then began complaining out loud (“omg, omg”) and told me I would have to wait an additional 25 minutes for my order. I waited, but by the end I did not feel comfortable eating the food because she was clearly very upset while preparing it, and I was afraid she might have spit in it. As a result, I wasted my money. I will not be coming back.
This happened on December, 26th 2025 around 6pm.

We were so excited to have a cousins back, well that was a let down, they have slow people working, and stuck up people, we were just there the lady called a number but wasnt loud enough then she dropped the trays on the counter and said your foods on the counter, she wasnt even trying to take orders at the counter she ignored the people in the line filling up, we left i wasnt going to wait any longer, maybe if you cant have enough people working then close thats my opinion we probably wont ever be back.

Won't be returning. Placed a pickup order at 611pm. The app said it'd be ready at 626pm. Got to the store at that time. Was told it'd be a couple minutes. Didn't get the food until 645pm because they hadn't started the order until I got there (4 sandwiches). I was the only one in the store, the place was clean, and no one came through the drive through the entire time I was there. The shift manager even made a comment about how slow it was. When I finally got my food I asked if there had been an issue with my order. He said there were a ton of orders they had before it, which was obviously BS. Lesson learned to not tip before you actually get service. On top of that they made the order wrong. Good luck to whoever owns this store.

Hardly any meat on sandwich! Big bun tons of lettuce hard to enjoy Philly steak. Syrup shakes not good.

Cashier was sweet but waited 22 minutes for my food for it all to be cold when i got home 3 blocks away. Thought I would give them a chance, but wont be going back.

Won't be returning. 2 times now my carryout order has been missing half the items and or cold. Wish I could upload a picture of the cheese fries too. They look just sad.10 fries in a puddle of cheese. Not worth the time to do someone's job for them and pay that price for food that isn't made with care.

Got a meatball sub. The sandwich was ok at best. Entire outside of the bun was covered in sauce and they forgot my jalapeños. If they were busy, I might give them a pass, but this was a Sunday afternoon and the store was empty. Sorry, but won't be back.
