I did a pickup order. I was not informed that one of my sides would be an upcharge. I asked them to take it off and the manager looked at me like I had two heads and didn't know how to do it. Then the order was in complete I had to look through the bag and they forgot some items. Plus the $5 take-home order was cold which they did not mention when I placed the order through the centralized ordering system. When I called the Janesville number I thought I was talking to a person at the Janesville location and not some centralized ordering system. Also, I was waiting behind two gentlemen that wanted refills on their sodas and they couldn't even do this for two men. They turned around and looked at me and said this is crazy and left. I should have left with them. I can't verify if the food was good because I'm not home yet. I had to leave this message fast before I would forget.very poor report experience . I was in Janesville doing shopping and thought I would give cracker barrel one more chance. Never again.

This is the 2nd time that we go to this one in Janesville and the service is bad, take forever to get the food. This time , the waiter brought us the check before our food and i didnt like that but she said that it was at the end of her shift, like telling us, hurry up so she can get her tip or idk but not Professional at all, and then she kept on forgetting to bring us the things we have asked her for. I just don't understand how waitress wanna get a decent tip if they're not doing their job. Like I understand it's the end of your shift. But you still have to treat customers welcoming and we just didn't feel that. I don't think we'll be that to that one..

Their menu has a wide variety of Southern favorites, and the service is always friendly. A great spot for a hearty meal and a taste of Southern hospitality."
