The food is always hot and fresh. Really too bad they don't make the salad with fresh greens like advertised on their website. I believe a couple of years ago they switched to bagged lettuce. Don't really get the salads anymore due to that. Sometimes overcook the shrimp but otherwise a very good experience with great food

Really way too pricey to take the whole family, it would have been cheaper to go to Texas roadhouse! At least there you get steak, sides and beer! If I want cheese curds or 1 sandwich I guess it's ok. Food is good but not worth $126 dollars for a family of 4, won't do that again

Busy, but adequately staffed, and pretty fast. The tables are all clean and there’s adequate sitting room. Parking lot was mostly full, but we were able to find a spot around lunchtime, probably their busiest time. It was an easy on and off the interstate, so if you’re looking for a quick place, this would be an ideal spot. Bathrooms were also very clean. Five stars!

Restaurant was fine but needed attention. Plenty of staff but garbage was not handled nor talked cleaned. Drive thru was busy but dining room was not. Ordered two single burgers but got two doubled... my fault for not noticing on register. All five of our burgers were very overcooked. Burgers were dry and crunchy, only moisture was from the wilted mushrooms. None of the food (burgers, rings, chicken) was terrible, but it was not excellent.
Likely will not revisit this Culver's when in Janesville. Hopefully it was just an off not on the grill. Culver's is too pricey to have this kind of failure.

Overall not bad. I walked in around 3 pm and there were about 6 employees huddled together chatting. When I walked in, all the employees turned and stared at me as if they were annoyed that a customer was interfering with their down time. I ordered a double meat burger combo meal. The employees who rang me up was professional but did not seem sincere. The food was brought to my table promptly, about 5 mins after my order was taken. The food was excellent, especially the fries. The restaurant was exceptionally clean. Spotless. The decor was kinda upscale,dare I say classy. A hidden gem of fast food in janesville. Highly recommended, but maybe avoid off hours if you don't want to interrupt the employees standing around chillin' .

Unwrapped hamburger to find black hair on it. Took it back in to get it remade and the new one they gave had a cold hard old bun. Definitely wasn't fresh. Ended up not eating anything yet still paid for it.

This Culver’s is one of my go-to spots when I want a quick and tasty meal. 🍔🍦 The ButterBurgers are delicious, always juicy with soft buns. The cheese curds are a must, and the Frozen Custard is the perfect dessert touch. The vibe is chill, and the staff is friendly. It can get a bit busy during peak hours, but the food is always worth it.
