Unwrapped hamburger to find black hair on it. Took it back in to get it remade and the new one they gave had a cold hard old bun. Definitely wasn't fresh. Ended up not eating anything yet still paid for it.

This Culver’s is one of my go-to spots when I want a quick and tasty meal. 🍔🍦 The ButterBurgers are delicious, always juicy with soft buns. The cheese curds are a must, and the Frozen Custard is the perfect dessert touch. The vibe is chill, and the staff is friendly. It can get a bit busy during peak hours, but the food is always worth it.

I went at night and ordered a kids meal I don’t like applesauce they put my applesauce in the same bag as my grilled cheese when I got to my grilled cheese was cold

So I placed an order and got some food and they gave me the marinara sauce for my cheese curds but no cheese curds. Now I don't want to eat any of my food and I'm pissed. This happens way too much. How much money do they make every year with missing orders. It was 930 at night.ill never come back to this location again and i will be back tomorrow to get everything on my list.
