This Culver’s is the worst in town by far. They have a million little upcharges for condiments the other ones in town don’t have. Staff is rude and unfriendly. Avoid this one. Go to Milton ave.

I placed my order online and ordered ahead. I find that SO handy to do. Because as soon as I parked in a curbside pickup spot, went to my email, and clicked on “I’m here,” out came an employee to hand me my order. I love that feature!! And my order was exactly right! Thank you very much to the Todd Dr Culver’s in Madison!
Dietary restrictions: If you’re on the keto diet for instance, there are different salads you can get that are keto friendly. Not only that, but you always have the option of ordering a butter burger with no bun, or a grilled chicken sandwich with no bun to make it keto friendly. I’ve done this many times myself while still losing weight making these choices.
Parking: Plenty of free parking available here!
Kid-friendliness: Culver’s has many menu options that are kid friendly. Even after they have their meal, they can pull a slip off their bag to get a free scoop of custard. They also have high chairs for the littles!
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of wheelchair accessible parking available! And once you get inside with the wheelchair, there are options for arranging the wheelchair to be close to the table. And I’m sure that an employee would be more than happy to help out with that!

We went Thursday night, the 24th. The flavor of the day was crazy for cookie dough... We all got served regular chocolate ice cream including other guests around us and nothing in it like the cookie dough, caramel, or hot fudge. When we went to ask for some cookie dough like the guest next to us did, the girl at the counter was incredibly rude to us. We only wanted what we came for 🤷🏻♀️

My son is Autistic and can occasionally cause a small scene. In this case, he let out a big, high-pitched scream, and I appreciate no one coming to me and telling me to stop him. We met my brother and sister in law with our nieces and nephews here since we are from our of town. The big table was open and accommodated us perfectly. Food came our fast, and always great! There are high chairs but they don't fit around my tiny giant. He's 3 and the buckle can't go all the way around him
love it! I don’t live near here we came to visit and the staff was amazing! We came today and our orders got switched.? but the staff were very apologetic about the situation. We laughed it off and the food was brought out correctly. Food here is very good like the staff, so are the other costumers. Will come again if chance comes!
