Normally wonderful. I really had the taste for and ordered a crispy chicken. When I received my order, I had a burger. Went to the counter, and they replaced. Trouble is, this is what I got with my chicken. The other bun was worse. Because I had already been up to the counter once (plus my first name), I just ate it. Not the usual quality. Must have been a new employee.

We love this Culver's. The staff is so nice and it always has a friendly atmosphere.
They will upgrade and charge you if you do not watch your order or specify a size. They should be asking what size, but never do. If you order a burger, it will be changed to a double.

Good lord! At approximately 730pm on 12/27/24, I received the most horrible service. 20 dollars worth of food was entirely screwed up. If you go here, please check your order before you leave. Sorry if you think it's fast food. What a mess. My patronage at this child staffed place is done. Last time of being cheated because it's play time instead of serving a customer base. I'm done with Culver's for the rest of my life. I'm extremely tired of being treated like a little ole grumpy man because I received am order that wasn't even close to what I paid for. Fortunately I can afford it. Low class service. Maybe you desire a kindergarten class. I don't and encourage you to stay away Goodbye Culver's
