The food was delicious. It was crowded and noisy, but that's to be expected with such a popular restaurant. They did forget my bbq sauce and shake, but they replaced them both and gave us a coupon.

My Husband and I came to this Culver's through the drive thru and the person at the window forgot we said no ice, so we had to send the drink back (which isnt that big of a deal, but it happens just about every time) Then when they sent it back to us, they literally spilled it all down my Husband's new sweatshirt. It went down the sleeve and into his pants. The person at the window today was incredibly rude. They didn't give any napkins or say I'm so sorry about that. So my husband had to get out of the car being all wet just to get napkins. Then when we tried reporting it to someone working the drive thru (the person who handed us the food) and telling them about it.. it was the same thing. I'm very disappointed in the atmosphere and the service today. Culver's was my first job and it's sad they lost their touch when it comes to how to treat a customer. That's why I gave a one star.

Love this Culvers! We come every week with a big party (lots of grandkids) and they go above and beyond to help us find seats, take our big order and pass out the food to each of us. Accuracy of the order is spot on and they treat us like family. Ruby is the best!!!!
