I ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard with extra cheesecake and didn’t come across any cheesecake and it had like 3 strawberries in it and it was a large! Very very disappointed and will never go back!

The “owner” Austin, as he rudely stated is very unprofessional. He’d rather argue, than fix a mistake made on the behalf of his employees. After I was lied to at the speaker. I don’t take rude people lightly, so this location will never get my business again.

After waiting extra long for a very simple order of 1 cheeseburger and a 6-piece whistle Management and workers goofing off and laughing in the back, so imagine my joy to get home and Open the bag to see the SMALLEST "tenders" I've ever saw. I've updated with a Picture of how tiny these are compared to various objects. Not coming here again, I recommend others not to as well

Horrible just went there 10 minutes ago asked them to put more fudge in my sundae she said NO that’s how much is suppose to be in it she was an older white lady and very rude! Will never go back only going bye the mall

Weird, stopped in today for Twist and was told they don’t do Twist, they don’t “have” Twist. Thinking it might be a communication issue, I said, vanilla and chocolate MIXED together. “We don’t do that”, I was told. Was abruptly told, they don’t have “Twist”. Twist has always been my favorite, and a STAPLE at every DQ I’ve ever been to, maybe they were out, I don’t know as they didn’t explain, maybe Corporate decided to only sell vanilla now? Very disappointed.

My son ordered a blizzard on 5/5/24 6pm and ended up spending 1 hour+ at the hospital because of a peanut allergy. You guys need to start washing things between orders!

This place used to be good. It is trash now I think it’s under new ownership. Bunch of kids sitting around swearing, old food that has been sitting out all day gave me melted sundaes with no lid on them Save your money and go to Milton Avenue.

We had a great experience here today. All the staff were in such a good mood. We received "Welcome in!", "Let me grab some ketchups for you", "Thanks for coming, have a great day". Lots of smiles. It was nice to have such a positive atmosphere at a fast food restaurant. Will stop in again.
