Customer service at this location has really gone downhill since new management took over. Forgot an item when ordering at the speaker, and was told at the window that they can't add anything at the window. They also messed up my drink order, so I handed it back at the window. I was told to park and wait for a new drink even though nobody else was in line. Decided just to go in rather than drive around again for the missing item. The munchkins we ordered were stale and tasted day-old even though it was before 8 AM.

Let’s be real here. Everyone who goes here knows the Milton Ave Dunkin’ has been horrible for many, manyyyy years. The Center Ave., Baskin-Robbins Dunkin’ Donuts is the bomb it just sucks it’s all the way across town, so I always give in and go to the Milton Ave. But after today, that was my final time going.

They somehow manage to burn food and it still be cold/partially frozen the inside! This has happened several times with different items! I’m not gonna waste my time calling Again and complaining because this happens every damn time lol and I even tip!! What a waste of money. Also, I don’t think it’s very ironic cause that one of the same chick is working there who also worked at another restaurant next-door, that had several issues with order accuracy. Hmmm. This location needs to get their ovens fixed it seems. Oh, and my bagel bites were totally burnt so the inside was just straight cream cheese liquid. They can’t get nada right.

The workers are really nice and friendly and non stop work to get customers their food but the manager is rude, has an attitude and threw my loaded hash brown at me. Highly suggest corporate look into finding a replacement for the manager lady here. Had to stare her down due to everyone else working and she was standing around and my hashbrowns weren't being made for at least 3 minutes after I ordered them until she got irritated I kept looking at her and she then started making my hashbrowns. She then threw the bag at me when she was done. And gave me a nasty face. The hash browns had way too much sauce on them. She didnt care how she made them.

Worst Dunkin ever. Never gets their own menu items right and the workers are incredibly rude and incompetent. They can’t even type the drinks in right let alone make it, and when you ask for a refund it’s almost impossible. Don’t waste your time or money here, it’s an awful place.

I stopped in the night before to order three dozen donuts for my son’s birthday — two dozen chocolate cream–filled and one dozen vanilla cream–filled. I left my name and number and was told everything would be ready.

When I arrived the next morning, they only had one dozen chocolate and one dozen vanilla. No one called to let me know the order couldn’t be completed.

I understand the store is under new ownership, but the manager, Holly, was rude and dismissive when I asked what happened. She showed no empathy and blamed the employee from the night before. She could really benefit from basic customer service training.

Very disappointing experience, especially for a birthday order.

The workers are so sweet! The girl who first took my order accidentally made a mistake on the transaction and they made sure to fix it with no trouble. Shoutout to the girl who gave me my refund and made sure I left satisfied! Customers service 10/10! Would definitely come back! 💞

The last couple times we have gotten doughnuts here the icing has fallen off or slide off. I like maple frosted but it does not stick to doughnut where it usually did 🤔

I went in for an interview. We didn't talk about the hours I wanted and the shift I wanted. I only was interested in the early morning shift. And it would have been perfect for me. Oh well. She was talking about different shifts that I didn't want.

One of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in a while — and all due to poor management.

I placed an order at Dunkin’ at 11:22 AM (according to my receipt) — a $6 meal deal and a refresher. I was handed my drink at the window and then told to pull into a parking stall so they could bring out my food. The problem? There are no actual parking stalls designated for this, so I had to park in a random stall.

I watched a worker bring a bag of food out to someone else’s car, realize it wasn’t theirs, and walk back inside. I assumed they’d figure out where the food was supposed to go, but nothing happened. After waiting another 5 minutes, I called the store at 11:34 AM to check in. I was told my sandwich and hashbrowns would take another 5–7 minutes. I explained I couldn’t wait that long — I had a newborn in the car who needed my attention — and said I’d come inside for a refund instead.

When I walked in, my food was just sitting on the counter. No one had brought it out. I told them I no longer wanted it since it had clearly been sitting there, and asked for a refund. The cashier said the manager was “coming in” — when I asked for clarification, she admitted there was no manager on site who could issue a refund. I didn’t have time to wait around for one to arrive, so I had to leave my name and phone number and was told someone would contact me.

Now, let me be clear: this wasn’t the fault of the employees. Everyone I dealt with was polite, and it was obvious they were all very young adults doing their best with what they had. The problem here is entirely poor management. A location should never be operating without someone on site who can authorize refunds or step in to resolve customer issues. It’s also unacceptable to ask people to pull aside and wait without a proper system for delivering food — especially when there’s no designated parking area.

This whole experience took around 20 minutes and could’ve been avoided with better training, structure, and leadership. Dunkin’ needs to seriously re-evaluate how this location is being run.

Coffee is great and pretty consistent- however- check your order because sometimes things like cold foam (additionally charged for) is left off.

Depending on who is working you either get a bright, sunny “Welcome to Dunkin!” Or a ‘I hate my job’-“How can I help you?” Often long wait times if you go in. Drive through is prioritized.

Overall- great place to get coffee. Room for improvements in some staff with friendliness. They did just go through a small remodel!

Need new staff. Waited 5 minutes in the drive thru to order even though nobody else was in the drive thru. Decided to go inside because maybe they were busy. Nope was only 1 customer inside and they appeared to be friends with the cashier because they were talking about non work appropriate things. She did tell me hello but did not seem interested in taking my order so I left.
