Don't waste your time or money here. You'll be happier. I was the only car in the drive thru, no cars at the front of the store, no delivery from a semi happening but they still couldn't provide any sort of service. The guy who eventually took my order didn't put it in the system. When I got to the window, the girl there just looked at me, not saying a thing. I told her I wasn't given a total so I needed to know how much my order would cost ao I could give her the correct bills. She told me she didn't know what I wanted because the order wasn't put in. I rarely go to Dunkin, and I needed the menu which isn't in front of me at the pick up window. I said forget it and left. No apology. Just unreal. The only reason this place survives is because it's on the South side where there isn't much else.

This place is always a hit and miss. The iced coffee either tastes good or just tastes like water and syrup. They dont even put the toppings on the drinks most of the time like for a signature drink. Some of the employees are nice but some can be moody sometimes. The donuts are good most of the time, only a couple of times they were dry. It just sucks because I love dunkin and this is the closest one. Also, the prices are a Lil ridiculous for what you get.

Went inside to order because there was a stretch of cars lined up at the drive through. Waited at the counter for 5 minutes but was completely ignored and disregarded. Walked out with nothing but disappointment.

Hit or miss on the iced coffee not tasting like water. If you go through the drive thru, be prepared for donuts from two days ago. Always barely any frosting and stale as can be.

Stopped here last week for a couple of coffees and a pastry. Great experience. This morning got there at 435 and no one answered at the drive through, went to the window no one, called the store and still no answer. Poor management. I feel dunkin will be the next victim of a massive franchise closing. 😒

I’ve never had so many things wrong with my order at once. Missing items, wrong items, long wait, and the lattes were cold and tasted awful. They need to shut this location down.

Don’t order here if you want it with 30+ minutes. I never received my coffee or doughnuts but I had to go to work so I left after waiting 30+ minutes!

They stated after 20 minutes they were making it right now, waited another 10 and never got it.

Horrible experience literally every single time I get coffee here. The workers are rude in the Drive-Thru, which never fails to be backed up. There is ALWAYS something wrong about my order or they hand me someone else’s by mistake. Some serious training is needed at this location. I keep coming here for coffee hoping it’ll get better because it’s on my way to work, unfortunately that’s not the case.

I go here often due to it being right down the road from school. I always clarify my order at the end, because most of the time they don't, and they have messed it up each time I've come through the drive thru. I tried to call the building and she put me on "hold" but hung up on me and never called back. The management needs to fix their team, I'm tired of being charged for items I never receive - and receiving the wrong items.
