I’ve ordered take out before, and every time, my order is incorrect and cold. Random ingredients were added to my food that I did not ask for and don’t even come with the dish.

We took my niece here for her 6th birthday and the service we received was OUTSTANDING! The whole staff made sure she had an amazing birthday! They gave her a goodie bag, toys, coloring book and more! And Sheila was so sweet and her service was above and beyond! Very happy with our visit and service today!Kid-friendliness: Tons of coloring books and things to keep the little ones busy! :)
Jennifer W provided wonderful service! She even noticed that I left my purse in the booth and caught me before I left. She was super caring. Food was mediocre, but to be expected from fast food. Thanks Jen for a positive experience!

Lindsay was really good at her job. She even found us a way to save money. We had the lunch special and it was good.
Both pizza slices ordered in drive-thru were stale and not warm. This should never have been served to a paying customer. I called store four times to remedy the problem and all I get is the answering machine. It shouldn't be a five-minute plus wait after paying to then get garbage food. $5 29 and tax for some micro slices is a ripoff. Don't go to this fazolis and get bad food like me. Dining room was empty and employees just loafing around.

Do not go here!! I just waited 40+ minutes for food from the drive thru with no notice there would be a delay. If I wanted to wait 40 minutes I'd be going to a real restaurant, not a drive thru!!
Kids love to come to Fazoli's for pasta. Greae value for a quick lunch. Jennifer was super nice when bring our food.

I haven't been to Fazoli's in at least 5 years. I had no idea there was one near me since I moved to this state. Very good food as always, I plan on going back soon.
Drive through lady completely rude! She acted like we were bothering her by ordering food! Never will be back! If you don’t like your job find a new one or at least fake it!

Food is what you'd expect for a fast food place, good enough but not gourmet.But at least this store has just incredibly slow service. Ordering took forever, which seemed to be a function of the POS more than anything. Also got no bread sticks when ordering, two with meal, and there was nobody offering more, and in fact nobody behind the counter to get more.Beware, the salads are 100% iceberg lettuce, devoid of flavor and nutrition. Would a little Romaine kill them?The lunch deal is pretty nice, $7 for two half portions of about 7-8 items plus a drink.
