This was my first time at a Firehouse sub. It was really cute and clean. The staff wasn’t friendly. I walked in and ordered right away but there was a long wait to get my food. The bathroom was really dirty. They have a Coke freestyle machine! I wish every place did. The food was really good!!! I really liked the cut up the veggies in small pieces instead of like subway and put them on in big chunks.

Fantastic themed restaurant. Family friendly. Round up for first responders. The Firehouse Steak and Cheese sub was delicious, but to much sauce made the bun soggy.

Sometimes you just have a craving for a nice juicy steak and cheese. The staff are super nice! Honestly some of the nicest ppl I’ve ever met at a restaurant! The food was delicious. It’s nice to have a place that you can get a steak and cheese and a veggie sub. They have one of those fancy soda machines so lots of options. They had someone in the lobby cleaning everything. Great service and food! Parking is easy. One of the best Firehouse subs I’ve ever been to! I’ll come back.

1st of all I love the food, it's one of my both my wife and myself's favorite places to eat. 2nd was the woman who took my order and also helped make our sandwiches. So was polite, friendly and prompt. She couldn't have been nicer. I wish I had gotten her name because she deserves to be recognized for being a great representative to the business. I've been here a few times and only had good experiences. It's also worth noting I live about 65 miles away but worth the trip.

Dory the manager was absolutely wonderful helping we with an error from Door dash she went beyond and above to help and fix the issue! I so appreciate her kindness and professionalism also there sandwiches are amazing!
