First time here. Ordered a legend…… omg amazing!!!!! The bread is out of this world. I have ate allot of sandwiches in my time from allot of areas if the country and this is hands down the best. Has now ruined any other sandwich I will have in the future form anywhere else.

This place has been a staple in the community for years. Food is consistently delicious.Kid-friendliness: My kids devoured the meat ravioli in meat sauce and the gondola.
Italian House is one of the few Italian restaurants in town, and it's off-putting that you can't dine in on a Friday afternoon. I had also hoped to dine there on Valentine's Day but couldn't. The dining area is open for what, 4 1/2 hours? It raises the question of why the business doesn't prioritize the fundamental reasons people choose to dine out.As someone new in town, I'm not sure what people enjoy about this place. You have no atmosphere as it's mostly take-out, and the culinary options don't justify the investment. Please take my comments and use this to make your business better. I don't want to return.
I ordered catering and the Owner went above and beyond I told him the garlic bread looks good and that I was driving back to Beloit and he gave me a little bag to eat on the way back. Also carried All the food out to my car 10 out of 10 would recommend

Well, it's definitely a 5 star all around. While we was there a group of 10 came in while they was already expecting a different group all at the same time of arriving. Host didn't blink an eye and jumped right into setting up another set of tables and no one was left waiting. Amazing atmosphere and service.

Great place for a sandwich. Located next door to Janesville Craig HS. We grabbed a garlic legacy, the legacy on garlic bread. It was pretty rich so I think I will try a legacy next time...and there will be a next time. They had lots of options, including a meatball sub. The restaurant has plenty of seating, including a "banquet room". The staff was friendly and hardworking.

I've been eating here for two decades - since I was getting it for lunch while at Craig High School. I love love love the Gondola (now the Legacy sandwich). Living an hour away now, it is a rare treat but one I always look forward to. I have never left disappointed.
