Called in an order to be picked up on my lunch quick as I was going to be driving by. Single sandwich and chips, easy in and out I thought. The order taker put it in as delivery to an address that isnt even mine? When I went into the store to pick up the sandwich I was told they had no order by that and was told I called the wrong store. When I provided proof of the call I was then argued with by the man at the counter telling me the number Google provided was wrong and that no one has called in a long while. Thats is when the other employee who I spoke with on the phone says that she took the order and remembered doing so on the number I called straight from Google. Felt pretty disrespected to be told I didnt do something I did and then argued with about it?? Got my sandwich but what a terrible staff experience. The guy at the counter needs to be less hostile and get it together because he obviously had no idea what was going on.

How do you run out of French bread.. you know when you’re running low.. that’s like KFC running out of chicken, which happened and now look it our KFC is gone..

If you need your food at a certain time, don't order here. I ordered for delivery at 9:55 for 11:15-11:30. They delivered my food at 12:20 with a coworkers food who needed hers by 12:30. I have a 30 minute lunch time. 50 minutes later for the convenience of the store is unacceptable. I am deleting the app.
And...after a week I have received no response after contacting the story. No more Jimmy John's for me.

Horrible customer service. This establishment will make a mistake on your order and argue with you about it. Unacceptable and a waste of my time and money. I would give zero stars if I could considering I was refused a refund and the manager could have made it right.

Always gets my order wrong. Most recently, I explicitly stated multiple times: turkey, tomato, cucumber, absolutely no cheese. I got turkey, tomato, and provolone. Horrible service.

Freaky fast my ass. Wait longer than an hour for delivery less than a mile away.
This location constantly messes up orders; delay in delivery; and now is outsourcing deliveries to Uber. Which isn’t doing contactless delivery! I am very upset with there services! Never had any troubles with any other location besides this one! So disappointing!

Delivery was fast my sub is good only problem was the forgot my cucumbers on my sub and had more lettuce on my sons sub then anything else other then that it’s good I wouldn’t do delivery I would go in the store to make sure it’s correct

On Saturday, June 22nd we were impacted by a destructive tornado! We’ve had family, friends and volunteers at our house since trying to help us with clean up. I ordered $70+ worth of food to give to our help. My mom drove to pick up our order and when she arrived they told her the food was on them. While it may not seem like this was something big to many, this was a huge gesture to us! While things seemed to be crumbling, it showed a light at the end of the tunnel just by this small gesture! Hats off to this store and their exceptional customer service!

The only good thing about this location is the food. Delivery speed has gone down hill. Waited over a half an hour, when in the past, my order would arrive within five minutes of placing the order.
Honestly, I think dince Milio's left town, they've become complacent.
