Very disappointed in speed and service placed a online order called back 5 mins later to add a 2nd sub they said no problem took 45mins for delivery and only delivered the 1st sub with both subs on the receipt said they'd be back with the 2nd sub still waiting called the store no accountability taken. Not very freaky fast. Next time ill be getting subway.

I won't be returning to this location. I ordered a sandwich with extra dressing. Im teally glad i opened it before leaving the parking lot because it had NO dressing. It was ok, they were busy and things happen. However another problem was the bread too was underbaked and doughy. I went back in and instead of remaking my sandwich the way i ordered it i was just given the dressing in a little cup. Then when i commented on the bread being doughy the associate looked at me like i was stupid and said "all tbe bread is like that." I could clearly see on the rack behind this person that the bread was more done. There was a line behind me so i didnt press further. The associates working here need to learn some manners and how to treat customers.

Ok this isn’t something I normally do, I try to be all cool and not be a complaining karen leaving bad reviews.
Everyone working there is genuinely cool and chill except for this one lady, couldn’t find her name tag anywhere. Who’s the chick with the hair pulled back, nose ring and glasses? Hasn’t been my first time I’ve seen her attitude towards guests, she made me feel like a complete burden coming in when it wasn’t busy and she took my order, I couldn’t even give her eye contact since I was so uncomfortable. Was afraid to order anything else just in case it’d make her day worse somehow. I understand working fast food is never fun so still try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but…at some point things need to be said and addressed.
Sorry can no longer be nice about this issue since I’ve been emotional from losing my grandma just the other day. Hope something gets resolved soon.

Really enjoy the sandwiches here, I could even go as far to say they are my favorite. BUT! When I mark “mayo+mustard packets” on my order form, I actually DO want them believe it or not. I dont think there has been one time when you guys remember 🥲 It is especially frustrating when I have the order delivered expecting the condiments, so I do not have to eat an absurdly dry sandwich. It is on the receipt. Please do better. Otherwise I love this place! It’d be 5 stars if I got my sauce!

Jimmy John's was a go-to spot for a quick quality meal during my travels nationwide. Like everything else, quality has gone down and prices gone up. The location in Janesville, WI is no exception. A regular #11 with chips was over $11. No suggestion to make it a meal deal (add a drink), Cashier not the friendly and helpful person I have become accustomed to at the JJ's that I frequent. Toppings were definitely lacking, in fact disappointing! Only four tiny tomato slices. Didn't cover the sandwich. Very disappointed! I guess that I'll check out the competition in Janesville...
