The service was absolutely amazing! I was a first time customer tonight and the employee working was very willing to explain what flavors were lactose free, popular items, how everything was homemade, etc. He was very patient, for I took a while to decide what I wanted. He was very friendly and executed everything excellently. I was very pleased and DEFINITELY will be going back! The only thing I wish was that there was a tip line on the receipt because I didn’t have any cash and couldn’t tip on the receipt. If I could tip or had cash, I definitely would’ve given a very generous tip:) Thank you for the great first experience!

I had an amazing experience at La Michoacana! The food was delicious. The ice cream is made by hand and is fresh. The owner was extremely kind and attentive, making the visit even more enjoyable. Plus, the ambience was amazing! Without a doubt, this is the best michoacana spot around in Wisconsin. I'll be coming back for more mouthwatering delights!

HANDS DOWN one of the BEST ice cream shops in town! Their ice cream is homemade and you can tell it’s made with quality ingredients. They have very delicious and unique flavors you won’t find elsewhere. Our favorites are Gansito which is a Mexican birthday cake and mango sorbet (which is vegan)I also highly recommend the coconut agua fresca, it’s made with real coconut water and dairy and you’ll find yourself sipping on coconut pieces as well. They offer amazing shakes, banana splits and also snacks such as nachos, Dorilocos and hot cheetos with cheese.The environment is always bright, fun and welcoming. They have plenty of seating and is family friendly! Don’t forget to take a pic on their cute selfie wall mural.Prices are on the low/reasonable side for the ice cream being homemade compared to others in area and they are always so helpful and friendly! Coming back soon!

I ordered a small cappuccino shake and 1 scoop of ice-cream and bill was $12.50…. I didn’t argue. When I drank the cappuccino shake, I was disappointed. It wasn’t made with milk, rather maybe horchata or water. Extremely disappointing. Will never go back again!!!!
