I placed a lunch order for my office staff by phone and it was packed and ready to pick up in 15 minutes. Luke's is always requested by our staff for lunchtime meetings at our office. Luke's menu is so varied that everyone at our office can find something that they like. I appreciate how easy it is to order and pickup. My personal favorite is the roasted turkey sandwich, it is so far superior to any other sandwich deli around and over the years it has never once disappointed me. Thanks for providing us great food, great service and a friendly staff. I love supporting local businesses in our community, thx Luke's Deli for being there for us.

The food isn't bad if they get your order right. I have ordered take out a couple of times and every time it's been wrong. Won't be doing take out anymore. Pay attention to what is being ordered the receipt is right but what's in bag is wrong. Cost too much to not get what you ordered

It says they close at 7pm. Wife called at 6:18 and they confirmed they close at 7pm. She tried calling back at 6:29 to try to place an order for a turkey wrap and their phones were already giving busy signal (figured out later they were off so they don’t get any orders). We decided to drive there and just order it. When we got there at 640 lights were off and they were already throwing stuff away out back. My wife just wanted me to drive away without saying something but I couldn’t. I asked the kid throwing stuff away out back if they were closed 3 times as he’s ignoring me and the final time I said hello can you hear me? Are you guys closed and he said “yeah” and I said I thought you guys close at 7 and he said “it’s close enough”. You’ve got to be kidding me. Not sure if this is a management problem or what but this is the third time this has happened to my wife within a month where they were closing earlier than their hours said. You close at 7 then close at 7. If you want to leave earlier then change your hours!!! We were there within a reasonable time to make a single turkey wrap and a cup of potato salad. A message to the owner you better get things in line and not let these little boys get away with this without any consequences. These kids and the way the act reflects on your business that you worked hard to build. I wouldn’t let them ruin my name because they want to be lazy and get out of there earlier. They also need to learn what customer service is.

Disrespectful teen employees. Closes early constantly (yes, even earlier than the updated closing time). These little boys just do whatever they want and have poor customer service the last 3 times while trying to order there over the last 2 weeks. Unsuccessful each time. Orders were attempted to be placed at least 30 mins prior to updated closing time, even after confirming they close at 7. They just close whenever they want and are disrespectful. If you’re going to close early every night, change the hours. This place is no Hannah’s Deli that it used to be. By the looks of it, management doesn’t seem to care either by the unprofessional responses to poor reviews on google these days. Complaining will do nothing for them, as I’m sure the management is in on it. Just encouraging people not to waste their time. Go read the google reviews too. Place isn’t what it used to be and the employees are little high school boys that couldn’t care less about the business. Management has a lot of work to do, but I’m sure their bar is just as low.

Basically came in because my friend was craving soup. She got the split pea & ham soup, said it was pretty good. We tried cheese curds; they were barely room temperature, so had to take them back to get hot ones. The hot curds were mushy, very small, and didn't even taste like cheese, basically little fried pieces of batter that was all soggy because they keep them under a heat lamp (not a good heat lamp either). I got a chicken bacon ranch wrap; not impressed at all. I took 2 bites, started feeling nauseous, just threw it away. I tried to eat it..... just blah. None of the staff smiled at all! I've not been there since it was Custards Last Stand, so probably like 20 years!...... no desire to ever go back. Not for me. My friend also agrees, unimpressed, won't be going back.
