Never get the order right. I go there maybe once every two months and they haven’t gotten an order right in the past year. The staff doesn’t care when you ask them to fix it. This place has given up even trying. Missing items, items made wrong, under or overcooked items, cold food… you name it. I tried dealing with them but it doesn’t help, so I’m warning everyone instead. Stay away.

Nice , quiet, clean...I ordered a coffee and mcgriddle while I waited for the bus. I was very impressed with the lighting and the open , spacious layout of the store. I was sitting next to the trash receptacle and it was spotless and odorless. The only issue i had was a manager kept coming out from the kitchen/office area staring at me as if I was loitering. It made me a tad uncomfortable. Overall I was satisfied with the visit and plan to return.

Just waited 15 min after I ordered my food to even get to the window to pay for my food and was told it was gonna be like that all the way up to getting my food. Also the driveway and parking lot are horribly plowed and salted so it is a nightmare to get through. Needless to say I went and spent my money at culvers instead.

Absolutely the worst McDonald's ive ever been to. Expect long waits and inaccurate orders. If and only of they get the order right, then it'll taste like McDonald's but honestly the worst experience ive ever had in a McDonald's.

This place can't comprehend simple instructions. A plain cheeseburger does not mean onions. This isn't some one off situation here, they consistently can not comprehend basic information. Too busy yelling in the kitchen. The fries here are always horrendously stale, soggy and just plain disgusting. McDonald's is supposed to get the fries right.

The door is constantly locked and I can’t use drive thru because I have no car to get my pick up and i can no longer cancel my order.
Waited 40 minutes for 20 mc nuggets and 3 drinks. And they said a swear word. And she was abusive. Red hair chubby glasses lady

It's showing you still open while your paving your parking lot, no way in. I placed an online order this morning and somehow my order was picked up??? By who??? because no one can get into the parking lot and no one has answered the phone since 8am this morning. If I don't receive my money back I will be calling my bank to dispute the charges and report this McDonald's for theft. I saw an employee leave the building with food when I drove by at noon so I know there are people working.

Regrettably it has taken 10 to 20 minutes to get an order when using the app not to mention the food isn't fresh. I highly recommend going to one of the other stores in town.
