It's showing you still open while your paving your parking lot, no way in. I placed an online order this morning and somehow my order was picked up??? By who??? because no one can get into the parking lot and no one has answered the phone since 8am this morning. If I don't receive my money back I will be calling my bank to dispute the charges and report this McDonald's for theft. I saw an employee leave the building with food when I drove by at noon so I know there are people working.

Regrettably it has taken 10 to 20 minutes to get an order when using the app not to mention the food isn't fresh. I highly recommend going to one of the other stores in town.

I stopped by on my way home from work late at night around 11 PM and ordered a McChicken sandwich meal. Instead, I was given six nuggets and a chicken sandwich with bread that was completely stale. When I say stale, I mean it was hard as a hockey puck. I had already eaten the fries and was halfway down the highway by the time I realized, and since I live in Madison 40 minutes away it was too late to turn around or call. Very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Really need some managerial help in there. Went at 2pm today and it took 24 minutes and the our order was incorrect and cold. Never going back to this one.

The absolute worst experience today. Ordered via kiosk inside...never again. They never brought out my food. Other customers waiting over 45min to get theirs. Staff losing orders and essentially only processing orders from Drive thru. Ended up going thru drive thru to get my order that I already paid for inside! Manager was clueless. Avoid this location if you can!!

Is it Opposite Day? I thought fast food was supposed to be fast. Not taking 30 mins to get a small order for two people. Also the fountain isn’t in the dining hall anymore. Took me at least 5 mins to get a refill making my food cold when I finally got to finish eating. Very disappointed and will not be coming back.
