Manager was rude and snappy when taking our order and didn't assist the lady at cash out when she was obviously experiencing technical difficulties that were increasing out wait time, the fries are old and taste nasty every time I come through and on average they get my order wrong somehow

Terrible attitude towards children and visitors! The staff kicked us out of the playroom an hour before closing! There is no notice anywhere that the room closes before the restaurant! Horrible!!!

Absolutely the WORST McDonald’s in town. I’ll start with the positive and the ONLY one for dine in was they have the OG large play place for the kids There were several people there but they had to tell me I had to use a kiosk to order my food!!! Which I find COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! Then I was missing a fry and 4 of my drinks from my order as well as one of my burgers was cold! The Coke does not taste right for McDonald’s standards. Then to top it off the employee insisted I show the receipt to prove I was missing my large fry after I had been standing there at the counter for 5 minutes or so in plain sight! Nobody seemed happy to be there I hope management sees this and can get this place turned around.

Waited 25 minutes for a curbside order yesterday. I finally went inside and the order was ready and just sitting there. The employee who handed me my order was very rude. It was almost like it was a chore for her to pick up the bag and hand it to me.

Awful customer service, there were 2 cars, 1 in each lane. Both of us were waiting a while, after I had already been waiting and told to just hold on a moment, tried to say hello after 5 or 6 minutes of nothing, both the other woman and I were looking at eachother confused. Said hello to the speaker was greeted very rudely with, "were very busy right now, you could just leave" Proceeded to take the other lanes order. Unreal, will not be going back EVER I will drive to the other side of town.

This is one McDonald's that has the play ground for kids. It's loud even for me but that's to be expected. My table had not been cleaned since the previous customer and my fries were luke warm and tough to chew. Fortunately there are 3 other stores that don't have the play ground, I'll be going to one of those from now on

I’d give zero stars if I had the chance. You wait in line for forever and no one is there to take your order. Absolutely horrible.

Instead of telling me they were out of English muffins they made two breakfast sandwiches with only one slice 1/2 an English muffin on each one. Are you serious? That is beyond ridiculous. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. This isn't the only time I have had issues here.
