Went through the drive through this morning, the automated message played but no one took my order. I drove up to the window and saw the worker talking on her phone. I tried to circle around again but still had no response over the drive thru besides the automated message.

The problems with this McDonald’s go deeper than one bad shift, they start at the top.

This store, like 35 others, is owned by the Bucciferro Family franchise group, which has developed a long-standing pattern of mismanagement, unaccountable leadership, and inconsistent service across multiple cities in Wisconsin and Illinois.

Employees are overworked, under-supported, and left to deal with chaos caused by poor leadership decisions. The issue isn’t the crew behind the counter, it’s the executive team that clearly doesn’t care.

I attempted to contact the franchise directly through their call tree system, every line went to voicemail. No calls returned. When I left a polite comment on their public social media post, it was deleted instead of addressed.

This isn’t just bad service, it’s a culture of silence, image-first PR, and top-down dysfunction.

Drive thru very slow. The past few times I went through drive thru my order was wrong. They charge an arm and a leg for their food and they can't even get it right.😡

Sucked 10 years ago still suck now. Don’t know why I keep giving chances and coming back. My order is wrong every.single.time. Last time I went I got my daughter a happy meal and I asked for sauce with her nuggets. Didn’t get any. Pulled around because there was nobody else in front of me or behind me. Asked for sauce and he made me pay 1$ for a sauce that is supposed to come with the meal 🤣. Also ordered a fudge sundae and he put a dollar coin amount on one side of the inside of the cup and nowhere else. Just know my kid hates you.

I’ve had a few problems with this McDonald’s. On different occasions. Today I ordered a 20 pc nugget with a bunch of other things and was not delivered to me. Called the store and they said there’s nothing they can do. But at my “convenience” I can go and pick up the food THEY forgot to give me. Door dash is supposed to be “Convenient”. The whole point was for me to not leave my house. Had i known I would have just drove to pick it up. The fact that they can’t send someone to deliver the food they FORGOT is ridiculous.

Ordered my food at 9:48am the dasher got there at 10 didn't get my food till 10:35 am dasher said they kept giving the order to other people

The inside smells horrible. I had to wait outside for our food which I didn't want after that smell. You couldn't even speak to a staff member if you wanted because not 1 would come near the counter. The fries were not full and sandwiches were so sloppy. McDonald's is not worth the time or money anymore.

Worst mcdonalds in janesville. So rude, They also always say “ i’ll be with you as soon as i can” well in the drive through and you can easily sit there for 30 minutes. It’s like they just wait for you to just leave because they don’t want to work. Don’t get me wrong i know it’s McDonalds but at least have better customer service. Save yourself and just drive to any other mcdonalds in janesville.

everyone that works here has no common sense i asked for a number 7 w no mustard and extra ketchup and the lady puts extra ketchup and ONLY american cheese and i double checked if there was onion n pickles on there n she told me yes . there was not onion n pickles . just ketchup . so i go back around to get the burgers i actually wanted and i tell her no mustard and extra ketchup she repeats it back and goes “ no mustard and no ketchup?” mind you she had said that for the 3rd time and i had said what i wanted abt 5 times by now. so she tells me to pull up and they give me the bag. i don’t check it and i get home and it’s a big mac n fries… who tf order is this cause it’s not mine..

I took my five grandchildren there and they refused to take my order or help me order. I had to stand at a computer and do everything myself even down to the smallest detail of what sauce each child wanted on there chicken nuggets. All while managing young children!!!
I was totally frustrated and it ruined my experience there which was for one of their birthdays. Unless they go back to counter customer service face to face (no selecting off of a computer)
I will not be going back. And I'm sure many other senior citizens share this feeling. Huge mistake McDonald's!!! The play area is great the food was good but the customer service was zero!
