There was about 5/6 people standing around talking laughing not doing their job. It took me 26 minutes to get a single cheeseburger THAT WAS COLD and god knows how long it took the guy in front of me to get his 1 Big Mac. Always hiring but never hire anyone that does their job!!! I’m done with this McDonald’s. I will be driving across town to get food.
You SUCK! WHY doesn't your shake machine EVER work?!
I live closer to the Court St location, but will purposely go to this location!! They have made great strides for the morning breakfast rush!! Very pleasant and polite customer service and very short wait times!! The food is hot and all the staff have been very COVID conscious! Keep up the great work!!🙌🙌
