I understand the points from one of the reviews. This location offers mixed experiences. Some days, the service is quick and accurate through the drive-thru, while other times, there are delays and order mistakes. I also think it depends on the staff working.

Beware of using the app at this location!
On march 14th I placed an order on the app and proceeded to the store drive thru where I was told my order was canceled by Steve. Confused I drove around again and asked to speak to the manager who promptly repeated the same info and advised me that my refund would take a few days. It been over a week and no refund. So my question is who canceled my order and is your app secure and when will I get an explanation. After contacting corporate I was advised that they contacted the restaurant and did not receive any answer after 72 hours and promptly closed my case? So I called corporate office and explained my case with the case number and she acted like she was reading from a script and could not answer my questions. Hopefully this review will prompt a response and a refund!

A lot of the workers use marijuana, smoke delta devices and use edibles. Not a very good idea to have them handling or serving food to customers when company policy states that that kind of activity is not tolerated

AMPHERE-HOUR

We always have to wait for a long period of time at the order kiosk, and almost every time they ask what my order is at the window, and somehow continue to mess it up anyhow. The service here is always bad and they have no structure.

I clearly said m&m mcflurry not sure how they would mix up that with oreo? Then the lady said oh well I heard your conversation you said oreo but I'll change that. Say what??? Women just can't be wrong i guess?

Everything was fine except that the staff who served us did not use gloves to pack the order, because being in the checkout area and packing the food they must wear gloves or at least wash their hands, and a very important point is that they should not of having such long nails when it comes to food

Watch your receipts been overcharged multiple times. Finally said something through email and get back a template letter explaining themselves. If they need a template to defend themselves, they must get this often.

I was here at the Mcdonald’s the other day and I was waiting for my food when I witnessed a horrible looking man start getting loud and cursing out other workers for no apparent reason. I believe the name was Dominick, from what i heard others refer to him as, but he made me extremely uncomfortable by the way he was talking to the others! Needs mental help, may God bless his soul bc there’s definitely something wrong with him. Hopefully they get this taken care of because besides this , the store is usually great.

you say you serve breakfast until 11 and I pull up at 10:50am and tell me it’s lunch lol
I know I only had 10 minutes for breakfast but 11 is 11. 11 am isn’t 10:50am.

This place is hit and miss. I've gone sometimes and they get everything right and it's fast and fresh. Other times I feel like I'm sitting in the drive thru for a half hour with missing items. I guess it really depends who's on shift.
