It looks 10 min just to have 2 pizza ordered. Bathrooms are super gross. But could they be from doing nothing to clean it? Nope.

First visit n a couple of years. Always had good experiences. Place is the same but service is horrible. The lead yesterday didn’t have the correct change to give back and asked if he could give me all pennies. Didn’t really understand that they didn’t have any other currency to give out (on a Monday). Guy just seemed to give attitude. When asked if I did something the reply was, “hey ain’t no one trying to short change ya here.” I was confused by the whole situation. Stopped in for pizza that’s it. I’ll just go to hyvee for now out. Service makes this place seem like the new Taco John’s of Milton Ave. Good luck with everything in the future.

I kike the option of choosing own toppings and gluten friendly crust. When MOD first opened, they had great service and consistent quality. Now their cleanliness, quality, and service standards have dropped.
Vegetarian options: Plant based meat and dairy free cheese. All sorts of veggies and greens.

The store was absolutely FILTHY!!! Trash all over the floor, tables look like they were wiped down with a dirty rag. All of the bins (straws, Parmesan, red pepper, etc) were completely empty. The gentleman that made our food was friendly and greeted us when we entered, he was also obviously new and not quite ready to be alone up front. I overheard that one of our pizzas was “stuck”, that turned out to be my wife’s as it was torn in several places. Both of our pizzas were burnt on the bottom on half but ok on the other side. Clearly the owners need to show up and oversee their obviously understaffed business until they have reached appropriate staffing levels. I’m tired of watching restaurants I and my family like go out of business in this town because of uninvolved ownership. There’s nothing beyond repair at Mod, this restaurant can be turned around if the owners care enough to invest their time and energy into it.

Let me say first that I am one of the biggest MOD fans there is, we travel all over and always seek out MOD everywhere we go and have always been completely satisfied but tonight was a much different experience. The food was still great but the young lady that took our was COMPLETELY rude and unprofessional, maybe she just had a rough shift but it ruined the experience from the start and also we had brought 6 more family members with us that had never tried it before and I was disappointed they didn't get the full MOD experience. The young man that cut the pizzas and gave them to us was VERY friendly and professional so that helped and the food of course was good as always though we didn't necessarily get the experience of building our pizzas.
With that said this experience will not keep me from continuing to seek out MOD in every town we travel to but it may make me hesitant to try this particular location anytime soon.
