I ordered the buttered noodles and the noodles look and taste disgusting like they were cooked yesterday, I love coming here but the last couple of times I have ordered the food has been horrible ??

Extreme disappointment! We haven’t been to Janesville and Noodles for quite a while and thought we would stop in for a quick bite to eat.The food was bad and poorly prepared. The food was served in what looked like TV dinner trays with plastic utensils! I had the buffalo chicken mac & cheese, and my bowl was filled halfway with some kind of cheese sauce that tasted horrible! I’m not sure I even got the gluten-free noodles that I ordered.?The restaurant was filthy and needs a good scrub down. The last rice crispy left at the front cash register looked like it had been manhandled all day. When I asked for a fresh one, it was a big deal that needed corporate approval to get a fresh one. I very rarely will write a review, but for the money go to Chick-Fil-a instead!!

I ordered through EatStreet for a delivery to my office. When the food came there was short black hair in the pasta. I threw it away and called the restaurant. They told me I could come get a replacement. I explained that wasn't an option since I was at work, which is why I ordered delivery. They were not helpful or apologetic at all about the lack of cleanliness at their store.

Used the app to order Spaghetti with meatballs and somehow meatballs got subtracted from the order. Called the business and the employee was un-phased and not empathetic. Customer service is so hard to come by these days.

this is the best noodles restaurant i’ve ever been to! for my first time. One thing that was funny is that there was a macroni in my chicken parmesan in the picture. Service was a 5 star because when i choosed a lid to take it to go, they choosed the perfect lid to match another bowl i ordered. Would recommend this noodle restaurant to a friend :DKid-friendliness: they have a kids menu that kids can order.

As soon as you walk in the restaurant, it smells putrid almost like feces and it is a common occurrence. I’m not sure if it’s the drains or the food but it is a real turn off. The workers seem annoyed to be there, and the food overall has been going downhill but tonight really put the cherry on the cake. I couldn’t even finish my meal because of the smell and the workers decided to do the closing tasks right when it was busy and get in the way of the customers. With all that said, I would seriously like some sort of compensation because I used to love coming here and now honestly I avoid it now. Thanks for reading!
Wasn't very good; especially $40 for 2 people good . The food in my mind was pretty bland. Salads got smaller that's for sure. Served in plastic bowls with plastic lids and eaten with plastic forks, but don't worry that card board straw is saving the planet. Was supposed to be dine in but came in a bag to go.

I asked for extra noodles ( Japanese Pan Noodles) and did not receive them. They also did not add any sauce to my noodles so it was super dry. Janesville has a reputation of being so lazy and mundane but wow, this food was so shitty.

I used to work here along time ago and i loved the pesto cavatappi with Chicken. but this time it was dry and over cooked. Also the tomatoes tasted terrible. Employee put cheese on my food with bare hands. Yuk!!! he should have been wearing gloves I spent over 10 dollars on my food and I didn't even eat it. Sad to say I wont be eating here again.?

I don't go here often but when I do, I usually order Alfredo Montamore w/parmesan crusted when I go in and it is usually on par, however this time around it is complete trash. The chicken was cold and almost appeared to be gray in color the few pieces of chicken that looked regular in color had a bad texture to them. Even my appetizer was cold and unappetizing. Just gave me a goodreason to not come back for a long time if even at all.
