If you are ordering online the ability to get extra soups and sauces should be an option. It does not benefit anyone to get olive garden online. Seems the only option to get extra soup or breadsticks is to eat at the restaurant which is not always an option or wanted. As a frequent visitor of OG it's disappointing to not have options as to the food ability or choices online. Positive: Service however is and has always been good.

The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Trash on the floor. Our food was great but took FOREVER with only “I don’t really know what’s going on, they seem really stressed in the back” as an explanation. We came in at 4:30 in the afternoon, in my 30+ years experience working in restaurants similar to OG, there is a clean up that happens in between the lunch and dinner shift, which obviously did not happen today. Very disappointing, we will not be returning to this location.

Food was overpriced and not very good. The steak that I had in my pasta was very gristly. The restaurant itself was quite dirty, and they were very busy, so I understand why they hadn't taken the time to clear tables or sweep and vacuum floors, but atmosphere wasn't great. Our waitress was also overburdened, only checked in on us once and brought food out with big gaps between each person's meal coming out.

I was disappointed in our last visit here. The hosts were friendly as well as the server and we had good service. The food however was a disappointment. In my eyes, Olive Garden is known for its amazing Alfredo sauce, so thick that it becomes a solid when in the fridge and I can usually only eat half of my plate. I am not sure if there was someone new in the kitchen when we went or if they are trying to thin the sauce out to make it go further because of prices, but it has definitely changed. The salad dressing was also a bit sour, again something they are known for. Perhaps it was just this visit or this location but I was certainly let down for the lack of quality ingredients.

We arrived 5 minutes before the doors were to open. Doors were unlocked 4 minutes after they were to open. We were second in. There the hostess wrote a number on a piece of paper and we were told to stay there. They then began to hold a meeting for staff. A few minutes later the hostess started calling out numbers, many numbers that weren't given out. They then started to seat customers. 2 or 3 that came in behind us were seated. We said we were leaving and the hostess she would seat us now. When seated we saw food everywhere on the floor and chair seats. Our waitress came and took our order. She was very friendly and attentive. She brought me a carraf of coffee and it was barely warm. She brought another. She brought our salad and said she was sorry but there were no onions for the salad. The salad had almost no dressing. The soup and breads ticks were good. We have been here many times in the past but this will take quite a while to get over this experience.

It's Olive Garden, so the food is chain and so is the decore but it's good.
Service in the other hand isn't. The tables can only be half full yet they tell you there is a 45 minute wait for dinner. Why have empty tables? I've worked restaurants before and keeping tables full and turning over is how they make money. This place doesn't get it obviously.

The Patriot Project

Went there last night with my family, Monday July 22nd. It took 40 mins to get breadsticks and soups, then an hour and 20 mins later and our food still hadn’t come out! We got tired of waiting. I asked if we could just pay for our soda and soup and go? They said ok, even know an apology and a comp of the soda and soup was the most appropriate response. Very upset about this experience. Wasted our whole night just to leave hungry!

The staff is friendly for the most part. The food is good as well. It comes out pretty fast too. What kills this place is joining the waitlist. I have joined the waitlist and it says it’s a 1-10 min wait. Sometimes there isn’t even a wait time on the app. Yet, the last 4 times I have come. The waitlist time is nowhere close to the actual time. We have waited 25+ minutes after the expected wait time multiple times. Today we waited over 50 minutes and ended up just leaving. There’s multiple ways to avoid this. I hope they learn from it but since it’s a reoccurring theme. I have little faith anything changes. Updating the waitlist times would go a long way. If you are understaffed stop the to go orders as well. Hopefully this place improves it has the potential to be so much better.
