So sad I just literally called to order my order was $15 and they refused to take my order because he said I'm 7 miles away which I'm not even if I was what's the point the minimum order has to be $15 they told me mine was going to be $30 I says I can't order all that food I live alone. He says because I live 7 Miles aways which am not. I said I tip great anyways. He refused that's really sad you can't order food these days without being robbed! Sometimes I order from there sometimes I pick it up he just lost a good customer. Oh that's great the owner replied back to this post and said it's a 20 minute ride nonsense it's a good 5-10 minute ride I'll make sure when I go that way tomorrow I'll Google GPS and show how long it takes ridiculous. Like I told him I'll tip or pay extra that's the problem with businesses it's all about money not satisfaction and believe me you I am not satisfied once again ridiculous doordash drivers go to other towns which is a half hour drive for $3 driving tip. If I would have ordered my food which is supposed to be $15 minimum order I would love to take the driver $10 that's what I do every delivery I always take $10 or if I feel generous a little more. And I'm ordering food there what does that have to do with the driver you prepare the food you don't drive it! Like I said GPS tells it all 10 minutes from Orient Express to my house.

Waited for 3 hours for our food they canceled it on their end because it was busy! I’m a diabetic too bad service
I ordered my dinner, I waited 40 min before calling to check on the order. The lady that answered had her manager call me back and he informed me that it would be another 10 min to be delivered to me. I live 6 blocks away, i ordered through their website and had already paid for the delivery so I wasn't going to pick it up.the guy showed up handed my food to me didn't apologize for the delay or wait time and just left. My food was barely room temp only thing warm was the sauce. When we called to inform them they tried blaming it on the weather being colder so the food isn't hot by the time it gets to me. Then she tried to say they were super busy with orders so they cool off when waiting to be delivered. Very unsatisfied and unprofessional. Will not be ordering here again. I used to order here alot and raved about them. They have gone downhill and won't take responsibility for their lack of attention to their online service or the quality of the product they provide.

Don't waste your time or your money. Placed an order online and after 45min called to check on it and they didn't even have it pulled up. Food finally arrived and it was cold. Called to talk to them and was informed that, that is how it gets delivered because its cold out. I live within a 10 min radius had it just been cooked fresh and hot it wouldn't have been cold when delivered.

Avoid, the freezer section of your grocery store would get higher marks in my opinion than this place. New to the area and wanted to get food while working, so placed and order for combo rice, eggrolls...ect. Smelled good, but when we got it back home.... both said at the same time, NEVER going back there. Food is bland, tasted like frozen and without any seasoning.... the chicken in the fried rice was still white. We joke, going back and forth from Chicago to here that we should bring them some food and tell them to make it like this, but that might be a waste of good food. 100% my vote for worst Chinese food I've ever had, and I've had it off roach coaches.,....
