I ordered my dinner, I waited 40 min before calling to check on the order. The lady that answered had her manager call me back and he informed me that it would be another 10 min to be delivered to me. I live 6 blocks away, i ordered through their website and had already paid for the delivery so I wasn't going to pick it up.the guy showed up handed my food to me didn't apologize for the delay or wait time and just left. My food was barely room temp only thing warm was the sauce. When we called to inform them they tried blaming it on the weather being colder so the food isn't hot by the time it gets to me. Then she tried to say they were super busy with orders so they cool off when waiting to be delivered. Very unsatisfied and unprofessional. Will not be ordering here again. I used to order here alot and raved about them. They have gone downhill and won't take responsibility for their lack of attention to their online service or the quality of the product they provide.

Don't waste your time or your money. Placed an order online and after 45min called to check on it and they didn't even have it pulled up. Food finally arrived and it was cold. Called to talk to them and was informed that, that is how it gets delivered because its cold out. I live within a 10 min radius had it just been cooked fresh and hot it wouldn't have been cold when delivered.

Avoid, the freezer section of your grocery store would get higher marks in my opinion than this place. New to the area and wanted to get food while working, so placed and order for combo rice, eggrolls...ect. Smelled good, but when we got it back home.... both said at the same time, NEVER going back there. Food is bland, tasted like frozen and without any seasoning.... the chicken in the fried rice was still white. We joke, going back and forth from Chicago to here that we should bring them some food and tell them to make it like this, but that might be a waste of good food. 100% my vote for worst Chinese food I've ever had, and I've had it off roach coaches.,....

The food was disgusting, I don't usually do reviews but there was a sticker on one of my vegetables still,, maybe was a soy sauce plastic top? I'm not sure exactly what it was but I know it wasn't edible. Just everything in that container of food felt not cared for and scraps off a dinner plate, like leftovers from yesterday disgusting.

The 2 times I've ordered, both have been wrong. One delivery, one takeout. First time, they forgot an egg roll I paid for. Second time, I paid extra for beef, but got slimy chicken,... Other than that, food is amazing. Just very disappointed on what mentioned....

I have been ordering from Oriental Express for over 7 years now. Although it takes about an hour to be delivered, it is always warm and I think delicious. I am a big fan of their cashew chicken combination dinner. I would have given them 5 stars except that I am disappointed that for a dinner for two it cost over $12 in "taxes fees and tip" on top of your order when using deliver..

I don’t usually leave reviews, I just take my loss and go about life, but this was just disgusting. (I enjoyed the rice!) Just went and got a ?️ General Taos combination plate.
The sauce wasn’t spicy AT ALL! Once I finished the rice I tried a piece of the chicken. IT WAS CHEWY! The egg roll tasted like it was fried in some kind of chemical other than grease. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING & DISAPPOINTED!!!
