Today when me and my family decided to go to Panda Express for lunch we were greeted by a very kind worker named Alicia she was very pleasant and easy going and made the ordering process very quick and easy. When I received my food everything was still warm and tasted amazing! 10/10 panda is always the way to go

Went through the drive thru tonight and was met with a condescending attitude by the lady “helping” us. She was sighing at everything item that was ordered and kept asking if we were done. We get to the window and the lady with the headset was having a blast with another employee. I asked for a drink carrier, sigh, then proceeds to shut the window on us. I get home and the 3 entree one side dinner box i got only had 2 entrees in there….. should have been more focused on your work and your customers than playing around. People go out to get WHAT THEY PAY FOR!!!! I paid for three entrees and got two, top that off with the poor customer handling/service. Might be better off going somewhere else as this is the second occurrence of poor employee attitudes!

I went in this evening, through drive through, 02/11/25 for a buy one bowl get one free Reward & I could tell which bowl was the free one. I love Panda Express but why offer a reward if they're only going to give me 5 little pieces of beef. The food tastes good but won't be going to this location anymore because of their greed.

If you are a delivery driver, be prepared for long waits. They don't prioritize online orders. More often then not, thenorders are NOT ready when you arrive, costing you both timevand money.
