The facility was confusing with some items picked up at one counter location and others picked up at a different counter. Self served items like straws and knapkins were at still another area. There were no signs to guide you and there were tall partitions in the dining area that blocked customer views of these areas.
My bagel was dry and tough to chew.

The service was excellent, employees were quickly, and didn’t even wait that long in the drive-through for our order once it was placed. The food itself at Panera has just changed over the years and honestly not for the better. Soup always seems so watered down and tasteless. Soups are always lacking seasoning. Temperature of the soup we ordered was hot, it’s just the flavor and how watered down/thin it is. The guava lemonade was decent, not something I had to order again, price was pretty high in my opinion. Sandwich was just OK, nothing special, especially for what you pay. Overall, Panera just isn’t like it used to be. This location seems to be run really well, staff was super friendly, service was quick. Everything was made properly. Exterior of the building looks to be in good shape.

The young lady that waited on us was fantastic. when she was taking orders she was cleaning the dinning area. I told her that this is the first time I had ever seen staff cleaning in the dinning area. I told her that she needed a raise. So please give her one.
