I ordered a you pick 2 and my sandwich was missing. I live 20 minutes away so I called and asked to be refunded for the missing item, said they can't do refund over the phone, she could mail me a voucher. I doubted I'd ever receive it so I asked if I could come in and be refunded. She said yes but it'd have to be tonight. I've had a 10 hour work day and the last thing I want to do is drive 20 minutes to get something worth less than $10. Pretty frustrating. I considered leaving a bad review but decided against it. Well then later I go to eat my cookie and there's a clump of hair embedded in the cookie. Not only is it not my hair color but I yanked on it repeatedly and it was baked into the cookie. It's too messed up to not say something. Not okay.

We frequent this Panera and it has dramatically gone down hill over our 3-4 visits. Food quality, portions and service have been very bad. We are very disappointed as this was once our favorite restaurant.

Went through the driveway came to work and realized I got the wrong bag . I called and was helped by a very nice woman who gave me several options . I went back to pick up my correct order and was offered something from their bakery and also got a free meal coupon ! Great customer service ! You don’t get that a lot now a days . I’m sorry to whoever I spoke to I forgot your name but people like you are the reason people come back! Thank you Panera

Always enjoy stopping here. The staff, especially Kailey, is always welcoming and pleasant. My wife and I are are partially disabled and Kailey is always quick to assist a couple old sippers! She is always so pleasant.

My husband and I have always loved coming here. We're sip members and it's so nice and convenient. I also love how they do not charge for almond milk EVERYWHERE else DOES. It gets expensive paying 50 cents to a dollar per drink. The employees here are always so nice. Baked goods are always fresh. I just wish they had vegan options.Vegetarian options: They have a few vegetarian options. From soups, baked items, fruit, and sandwiches

They forgot my bread bowl. Weird delivery service doesn't allow you to rate and tip or communicate problems with order easily at all. Gave my driver the wrong directions/place and made it hard to communicate.

I have ordered the charged lemonades alot. Knowing fully the amazing caffeine content. Lately since people are ruining it by not reading the labels. The drink is being attacked. Ive gone to two different locations. [ delavan wi /& janesville wi]. I order the same drink. Normally the service is allowed to be done my self. So I mix 2 flavors with no ice. Mango yuzu and blood orange is a great combo. As of the posted date both locations are filling the order with a ream member. With that the quality has lowered. I pay for the sip club and eat at both locations alot. I understand the various ways the drinks are prepared. But every drink i get is now watered down. Something needs to change . The quality should not go down, because the few who have misunderstood what caffeine is .Please fix the drink back to its amazing taste and quality.
