I’m not a fan of the pizza but my kids like it. Every time I order a 2 liter of soda they forget it. Typically they’ll refuse to deliver it and refund me. This time I sat on hold for 20 mins and they never even answered the phone. Horrible service.
Order at 830 said, preparing for an hour and a half. I tried to call the store multiple times and tried to get a hold of them other ways to cancel. They finally closed and we called them next day and the person who picked up said that the manager or night person was having a mental breakdown and could not continue to do their job. Ordered at 7:02 PM online. Checked the status at 7:51 pm with an estimated delivery time after 9pm. I called the store to cancel my order, because I wasn’t prepared to wait another hour for my food( that wasn’t even in the oven) to be delivered. I was on hold for 30MINUTES. When a person finally answered, they were very nonchalant and unapologetic with a very “yeah it happens, oh well” attitude. We ordered from Pizza Hut and had it in less that 20 minutes....read full review
