Awful customer service/communication all around! We placed our order ahead of time because it was Sunday so we expected them to be busy. We placed our order for a 3:30 delivery time- at 4 o clock, no pizza yet so I called just to double check the order (respectfully) I gave the woman my name and address and she responded that it should be on its way. Then 5 o‘clock rolls around and still no pizza. I waited so long without calling because again, it’s a football Sunday so I understand being busy! However when I called and asked about my order, there was a minute long pause and the woman said she needed to call her boss to see what happened. Cause apparently a door dasher picked up the order and canceled? We never received any notification on the app, so very odd. I tell her okay let me know what your boss says! 20 minutes go by…. 30 minutes go by… we’re now over two hours past our delivery time lol so I give Papa John’s a call and ironically it rings and rings and rings and rings for 10 minutes (weird cause she answered on the first ring every other time). Gave up and tried again a few more times but of course no one answered or called back. $56.94 order that just disappeared?? I understand working with door dash can be tricky but I was so patient and understanding just to be ignored and “forgotten“ about??? Absolutely wild. SO! Beware if you’re hosting a game day get together and this is your choice for food- have a back up or dont even risk it.

This is a Shaqaroni. With sausage on one side. Ruined dinner what a joke. Forgot the cheese and the pepperoni. Not much of a pizza for 21 bucks that should have at least the pepperoni Thinking I’m not going to be ordering here ever again. Yikes.

The pizza is terrible and will most definitely be the first and last time I order here. The sauce is terrible in my opinion unfortunately. The tomatoes were diced when tomatoes on pizza is only good when they are round slices. This pizza was made with almost zero care and the cheese isn’t evenly spread out, looks like a 10 year old made this pizza. This pizza is last resort survival food. Not worth 20$. The only edible thing here are the peppers, I’m giving a honest opinion, hope you improve your pizza game. a glass of soda from your guys 2 litter Pepsi bottle and some how it’s flat. Nice 👍

Initially disappointed by the amount of pepperoni, but was soon further disappointed when I had to go back in because they forgot our breadsticks, that basically had no Parmesan garlic seasoning. Found that the pizza was not cut all the way through and had no pizza sauce on half of the pizza. No wonder Papa John's is struggling. We will continue to get Costco pizzas. It's sad when a store stacked with empty pizza boxes and spoiled floors is the highlight of the meal.

Ordered 2 pizza's a cup of pizza sauce and 2 20oz drinks. Only reason 1 drink and not cup of pizza sauce and the pizza I ordered wasn't a stuffed crust like it was supposed to be. Called and talked to the manager. They're going to send me out another one and the pizza sauce and forgot the pizza sauce again. Very unorganized. The delivery driver was very nice though

I dont know what happened to Papa John's. I used to love their pizza and especially the cheese sticks! However last time I ordered from them it took 2 hours for my food to be ready. They claimed they were backed up. Workers were yelling at each other in the kitchen. I finally got my food 2 hours later after placing the order only to come home and find the cheesesticks were barley cooked. I dont know who manages this place but they need to be held accountable.

Placed an order for delivery @5:30. 5:55 I call and ask where my pizza is. They said they don’t have a delivery driver and nobody dispatched the pizza……so they said they can get a doordasher to bring me my pizza…..ummmm why don’t you use you’re own driver or why don’t the manager bring it here. Now I have to trust a random DoorDasher to not mess with my food.

They asked if I’d like my pizzas to be remade as they’ve been sitting there done since 5:15. YES OF COURSE ID LIKE THEM MADE NEW AND FRESH. I have 0 trust that they’re going to be made fresh and they’ll just re heat the old pizza and send it out.

Best part is. All you get is a “uhhhh sorry bout that”. How about you give me some sort of discount for the inconvenience that i now have kids upset waiting an extra hour to eat dinner and messed up our whole evening

Add on. 2 hours later. And we got all new pizzas as they never remade them
In the first place. The onsite manager JAKE apologized and fixed the issue. He understood his employees messed up and they didn’t care and he chose to do the right thing. So JAKE you’re awesome the rest of that store. Not so much. I upped my stars a few for Jake only

Called 917pm and delivery left at 10. Delivery guy messaged said he got pulled over. Then call up and guy on phone says it delivered and the says he didn't get pulled over he had to go the long way. Then guy says he a good door dasher. So who lying.
Still not here and over 30min. Then Manager lied again and was very rude over the phone. and made up excuses. Called again for refund. Was very rude and hung up on me. Horrible customer service and management skills.
