I’m not a fan of the pizza but my kids like it. Every time I order a 2 liter of soda they forget it. Typically they’ll refuse to deliver it and refund me. This time I sat on hold for 20 mins and they never even answered the phone. Horrible service.

I came to order food and when I arrived it appears their truck was being dropped off. I am handicapped. The truck was blocking the handicapped spot and so I was unable to park in it. The whole parking lot was messed up because of this and then the truck guys had the nerve to aggressively knock on my window and demand i move my car. I had parked in the only open spot. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. They were so rude and mean. If I had listened and walked from down the block I could of gotten extremely hurt as I use walker and heart issues. The weird Ballon trailer just made all of the parking stuff worse. It's icy and this is no way to treat customers.

Literally stood at the counter for a pickup order for like 6 mins before being spoken too. Were rude never said sorry for the wait or nothing. Looks like kids cut the damn pizza. What a shame papa John’s is not the same anymore in Janesville.
Normally this location is pretty decent but today I ordered and they gave me "essence of green pepper" and hardly any actual green peppers and the few that are on the pizza look extremely old and shriveled..disappointed to say the least

This place is a joke. I ordered a pizza and bread sticks for carry out. Got it home, and there were 0 garlic sauces. I ordered 2 additional, plus the one it supposed to come with. When I called to inform the “manager” she snarkly replied that she personally put them in there. There were none, in either box. She got an attitude and stated that she refunded my $2 for the sauces. I explained that I didn’t want a refund, I wanted my sauces, that’s why I ordered them. She made me feel like I was lying about the missing garlic sauces. When I asked to speak to a manager, she stated that she was the manager. I asked who the GM was, she said they didn’t have one(makes sense). She also wouldn’t give me her name. I was tempted to get in my car and have a spirited conversation with this snarky “manager” but thought it best to let calmer minds prevail. So here I am online complaining about $2 worth of garlic sauces lol. Seems petty, but it really pissed me off. I can deal with the fact that they messed up, but to not make it right, I.e. send a driver out with the replacement sauces, is a testament to their lack of care for customer service.

Food looks wonderful but the register lady “claims to be manager” doesn’t acknowledge any of my words. Very rude and short tempered. She slammed the register as hard as she could and scoffed at me multiple times. I paid over $40 for my meal I just wanted good service I told her have a good night god bless and walked out with a smile. I called in to acknowledge the rude behavior and she couldn’t even say sorry or anything of the sort. This behavior is unacceptable I will not be buying from this lady again. Yo the kid in the back making the pizzas they turned out wonderfully so sorry you have to deal with that so often.- the stuffed crust pizza I ordered was regular crust this place is ridiculous I tried to give it props but again I have half cups of marinara and the disrespect is crazy- this place will never get my order again!
