We had Alexus as our server, she was terrific..... Very courteous and professional & caring when seniors come in for a bite to eat.

It isnt the best but they always have good chicken strips and waffles.

Food is good (the only reason for 4 stars). The server was so rude and snotty

Service and food has gotten better ir the last month. For awhile it was poor service and food.

I always love Perkins for the food, but my visit today was awful. The customer service was terrible. The younger workers rolled their eyes at customers. The wait was super long. Very disorganized. It seems like there are internal issues, and I understand it happens, but when it pours over into the customers experience, that's a problem.

Fresh new food items! Great service! Side salad was updated and wonderful. Wildberry pie and hot tea are always yummy.

Never took our order. Used to enjoy going here but we were basically ignored by the server. Took others orders but not us. After 25 minutes decided to go elsewhere. Another table was experiencing some troubles with their food, not sure what but they werent happy. Disappointing.

Overall good food and wait staff. Restrooms were filthy. Greeter was inattentive.

So, had breakfast at the Perkins in Janesville, WI. My experience was horrible beyond belief. I would like to say that the general manager who's there my heart goes out to her. You can tell it was more than just a job for her but unfortunately that did not rub off on her staff. Not only was the waitress we had very short and rude but customer service definitely is not her forte. Maybe something more along the lines of euthanizing animals at a shelter or something may fit her better. I mean that and no disregard of her as a person but also watching her serve other tables was really disheartening especially how short she was with a group of elderly women there sitting next to us. I was disgusted by not only my service but the hair in my food. Again I would like to point out that my heart does go out to the general manager she was great and in the end took care of us. I wish some of that would rub off on her waitresses.

Good food and great service. Take your time here as are many choices on the menu with something for everyone and surprisingly reasonable prices. A little difficult to get to because it's on the corner of two very busy streets but well worth it

45 min wait for uncooked food! Ordered a skillet eggs were not cooked all the way through. The seasoned potatoes on the skillet were baked potatoes they didn't sell the night before. The coffee tasted dirty like the machine was cleaned with dirt and the waitress was about as useless as they come. Watched several other patrons walk out when no waitress interaction was had within 15 min of sitting down. Absolute waste of time. Save your money for a place that values their customers.

Service was slightly slow, 2 of our orders came to us wrong and the fries were cold too, but the one that was correct was well made. Waitress was alright, not very chipper. It was free pie day, so that was cool, and it tasted great! Felt like we could've walked out without paying though (we didn't) because staff didn't seem very attentive to the front or to our booth.

Often go for breakfast, sometimes lunch. Clean inside at eating parts and in the bathroom. Bathroom is heated and has warm water to wash hands in. Menu is good choices of good variety. Staff is friendly and attentive. It's a favorite of mine because of location and I know what to expect.

Good service and food for my breakfast meal. Ordered a fine 2 egg omelet with avocado, and spinach and 2 pancakes. Waitress, Nina is just right server. Not too much and not too little attention. Bathroom was clean and not freezing cold. I go to Perkins on a regular basis. All servers are good when I'm there for breakfast or lunch time.
