It’s usually good but sometimes the pieces of wings can be really gross in the middle. I really wish they would bring back their original garlic butter. I don’t know if it’s just an issue with this location or what but I kept ordering garlic butter and getting some kind of ranch based sauce in a clear plastic container instead of the classic pull lid black sauce cups that all the other pizza huts have.

Ordered for carry out. Arrived 1 minute early, they parked us and said it would be 1 minute. We sat in the parking lot and waited for over 15 minutes before going in. Went in and they just had it sitting under the heater. Poor customer service.

They need to fire some of the young help cause all they want to do is bare minimum. When you have a call out for carry out and the kid puts it in the warmer and walks away instead of asking present customers whose order it is. Then you have order takers who can't distinguish super supreme from cheese and sausage.

Hubby had to stand at the counter while 3 (count 'em, 3) employees walked right past him to wait on the drive through people that had arrived AFTER he did. He eventually had to call out to someone for service.
Parking: This comment is nothing about parking because you never asked about service.......needs improvement.

We love W Court Janesville location. Excellent staff, they take great care of their guests even when having difficulty with the pos or other technical issues.
Vegetarian options: It's pizza... lol, you can do anything with it.
Parking: Drive thru window for easy pick up!
Kid-friendliness: It's pizza hut. I'm sure they still do Book It... incentive program to support children reading.
Ordered my pizzas well done got them with the dough still white left a ten dollar tip got charged for the extra ten dollars but the ten dollars isn’t on the receipt.

They forgot part of my order. I called literally as the delivery guy was walking away. The guy that answered the phone didn't know what to do, so he gave the phone to a Natalie. She told me the manager was busy and that they would call me back. OK, whatever. They finally called AN HOUR LATER, amd told me they were "too busy", and if I wanted the rest of my order last night, I would have to wait ANOTHER HOUR to get it delivered. This is a total joke
