I decided to try Pizza Hut for the first time in many years. Ordered a 3 topping hand tossed pizza tonight. When I got home I opened a box with a pizza that looked like a 3 year old tried making it. Part of the pizza was extremely thin and the other part was very thick and not cooked throughly. Most of the pizza barely had any sauce on it and there were almost no onions which I ordered. I know places can have “off nights” but this effort given was unacceptable. Guess trying PH again was a bad choice.

I have been going to this place to over 20 years. Always stated that I would like to order what I did last time. Manager stated this was not a thing......ordered from another establishment who said it was. I don't have the time to review a menu when i know what i want. Will never order from Milton Ave because of the manager.

Ordered 3 taco pizzas, all 3 were wrong! NO CHEESE on 2, NO LETTUCE, NO ONION on any of them. Manager was less than apologetic, would not deliver new pizza even though they screwed up the entire order. Gave a credit that must be used within 30 days! She said she knew they were out of lettuce...what about the cheese and onions. What happened to customer service?? Most likely will not order from them again!!!

Called to order a pizza. Of course they've recently went to a foreign answering service that you cannot understand, and an AI payment thing which of course cannot understand you. I despise all these companies doing this. It's so much better to talk to the person at the store. I will not be ordering from here again...

I ordered on line, went to the pick up window at the time it was supposed to be ready, was told it would be ready in 5 minutes and pull around to the front they would bring it out. I waited 7 minutes went in and was told there was a mixup, they were making one of my pizzas. They gave me a $40 credit on a $57 bill which I added a tip. In order to get the credit, I have to call in an order within 30 days. It wasn’t refunded to my credit card, 45 minutes later while my elderly mother sat in a hot car, I had the full order with somewhat of an apology.
I ordered a cheesy bites pizza “pepperoni & cheese” and it’s supposed to be to come with the three dips. I got home and I opened the pizza and it was only a cheese pizza… no sauce cups, I call the store and they argue and tell me the pizza doesn’t come with sauce cups anymore it’s an upgrade? How am I suppose to know that? She offered to make a new pizza and have me come pick it up and CHARGE ME??? (I just picked up my order and drove all the way home) Yall messed up and want to charge me again? And of course I paid with cash like an idiot. The buffalo wings were undercooked and seemed raw, the last time we had ordered from Pizza Hut we found hair in our food!
We are done with Pizza Hut as they do not care for customers, their employees do not wear proper hair nets to reduce food contamination.
Dominos will be our go to pizza night for now on!
