Terrible customer service. I won’t ever order from this Pizza Hut again. I put an order in online, and they called me rudely saying that they couldn’t honor my request, and when I asked why not, and I was HUNG UP ON. I have been a loyal customer here for the past 25 years. I filed a complaint with the corporate office, and I am floored that asking a simple question warranted being hung up on. Ordered my food 3 HOURS before the 1/20 Packer game and I still waited 35 MINUTES past my order time for COLD PIZZA AND BREADSTICKS!! What a disgrace and waste of my time and money!! Would NEVER recommend this location to anyone. Would love to hear from the owner but based on past practice they’ll be silent as church mice. I’ll never go back and I’ll never recommend!! 🤮🤮🤮
Ordered a large this and crispy Well Done. Was limp and under cooked. The term Thin and Crispy went out years ago. They push them through the belt oven. Disappointed that Pizza Huts of Southern Wisconsin has let their quality go down with rest.
