I stopped in on Monday, July 29 around 5:20 PM and was really happy with the service. I was also happy to add a pizza to my daily health regimen. I’m from Wisconsin, so cheese is a staple of life. The person at the counter was sincere, polite, friendly, efficient, and seemed to have everything under control. I always come to this location because I’ve always had a good experience here. The staff and management have always been top-tier.

They guy answering the phone is RUDE!!!. I called after I placed an order on the app, because my pizza was incorrect (from the crust to the toppings.) when I told him I didn't want to wait another 45 minutes he said he would add a credit and then hung up right away. Im disappointed that we order from this location often and the last 2 times my order was incorrect. But im even more disappointed that he was so rude knowing we are very good customers spending almost 100 every time we order family of 7. And we order a few times a week. The lady is much friendlier......

Ordered online. Didn’t find out until after leaving a tip that there was a delivery fee charged to my card. Could find ranch on the menu for the wings I ordered. Order arrived on time but was missing the wings. Called the store and the person I talked to already knew it was missing but apparently was waiting to see if I’d call? They said they could send it back out but didn’t know how long it would take or they could give me a 15% discount on my next order. I needed the food so I asked to have it delivered. I asked to have some Ranch delivered with the missing wings I ordered. Was told that they charge for Ranch but he’d see what he could do. Wings arrived 15 minutes later with no Ranch. I spent $50 and basically received nothing back for a messed up order. Very poor customer service.

ABSOLUTELY WORSE SERVICE EVER… our food was out for delivery for over 30 min, we called the store to ask what was going on and we were hung up on by Calvin the “manager” so we called back again and they finally told us how the driver “tried” to deliver the food.. he never knocked, rang the door bell, or even tried to call the phone number provided. The driver just brought the food back and we still never got a call that it wasn’t able to be delivered. Once we were able to get them to bring our order back out it took another 30 min (yes I understand there are only so many people working but a call to update us when it would arrive would have been nice) once the driver arrived at our home he got out and started yelling at one of our friends that was waiting in the car so we wouldn’t miss the delivery. He openly admitted that he “didn’t see the light” because he didn’t bother to walk around to the back side of our building like the order directions specified. He then swore at us and yelled at us… we gave back the same energy he started with… he then told us that we should “drink more beer” like we were a drunk bunch when in reality we were all sober or close to it. When you assume you definitely make an ass out of yourself. The driver was very rude all together and then when we called back to ask for a full refund because at this point the food was cold and we refused the delivery after the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE we definitely did not receive. Calvin was very rude and was “too busy” to listen to a complaint. We will never go back to this location… there is ZERO reason why this happened the way it did. If I could give a zero star rating I would have but I can’t … definitely avoid the driver that drives a black GMC mom car… I would give his license plate number but I do have some respect even though he had none for us.

If they’re too busy, your call goes to an answering service and they take your order. I could hardly understand what the heck they were talking about and they added extra cheese on both pizzas when I did not want it. Next time if I get the answering service I will hang up.

$30 for only a single large thin crust pizza with 3 toppings that was no better than many $7 options in the frozen section of the grocery store. Big oof.

Ordered food for my wife and I anniversary. The pizza was horribly made. Half the pizza was a bubble. Barely sauce. Person that took order didn't understand Alfredo sauce kept saying Garlic. Then NEVER received the Alfredo. Called and said it will be 10 15 min to deliver. The. sticks will be cold. Asked to replace. Said no, but we can send out sauce or credit $5. Horrible service. Lady would listen to customer. Manager didn't want to make it right. Haha wow now at 7:49 I asked for 4 cups of Alfredo and then they send 10. Just to be smart @$$*$. Wow... That's how your store is ran... Horrible. Will be contacting corporate. And never Got our Plates the send them as well. Haha

the first pizza I got was supposed to been pan style. I couldn’t believe that didn’t look like anything like the pants styles used to look. I haven’t ordered for a very long time so I told him they made a mistake. They send the very same one out to me so obviously that’s what the new pan styles are like all the veggies are laying on top. There’s no cheese on the pizza hardly ever at all. There’s no cheese covering any. The vegetables and vegetables were pretty much raw had really crunch. It was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. There will never ever go back again.

Terrible experience. Paid for a 3 topping pizza and asked to substitute all 3 topping for just cheese. I was told I would have to pay an additional $3. When I asked why, because I had already paid for a 3 topping pizza, and just wanted all 3 topping substituted for 1 topping of cheese. She insisted I would have to pay for “extra cheese”. I said I could understand that if I was getting 3 additional toppings, but I am not, I want cheese substituted for all 3 toppings I paid for. I was yelled and hung up on. Upon picking up my very expensive all cheese pizza, there was literally the smallest amount of cheese ever, and it was burnt black. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. This pizza was for my 4 children. They couldn’t eat it. They refused to remake my pizza as well, or offer any sort of compensation for our inability to eat the nasty cheese pizza. This is why from now on, I will never order from Pizza Hut again.

Terrible customer service. I won’t ever order from this Pizza Hut again. I put an order in online, and they called me rudely saying that they couldn’t honor my request, and when I asked why not, and I was HUNG UP ON. I have been a loyal customer here for the past 25 years. I filed a complaint with the corporate office, and I am floored that asking a simple question warranted being hung up on. Grow up and learn how to treat paying loyal customers, or you will lose them, like you now did with my entire massive family. 👏👏👏

Oh my goodness, our taco pizza tonight was a genuine delight! It was so fresh and spot on with our side items request! I will say that their taco pizzas have always been good but this one was the BEST ever! Kudos to the peeps work8ng tonight! Job well done!!

Ordered pizza from court st Pizza Hut….payment was taking out. Pizza never showed up at all. Waited 30 minutes past eta and greatly disappointed. It may just be pizza to you, and maybe just one delivery to you. To use it was a stay at home date with no food. Extremely disappointed and want management to contact us asap. This is 110% unacceptable.
