I haven't experienced unprofessionalism at this establishment except for tonight. The window was very rude and condescending this evening, I hope this was a one time deal because I liked her customer service at times and have never had this issue before.

Some Popeyes can be soooooooo slow. This one is not. And our order was right which has been an issue at others. The food was good as per usual and the lady at the counter this afternoon was nice.

It was monday morning. Beautiful gal at front whom is there most of time when i go which is few times a year was kind and quite lovely. Food was ok too. 😉
Staff was friendly, but we went thru the drivethru and our food was cold. Not even luke warm, all 3 orders of chicken tenders were cold. Our 2 year old wouldn't even eat hers, but we were on our way to an event and didn't have time to go back. Never had this happen at a Popeyes before, quite disappointing.

food is good but EVERY SINGLE doordash order I have made from here the order is always wrong. Just be prepared to not get your entire order or a completely different order all together :( its annoying..

The worst customer service I've experienced, honestly, wouldn't even call it customer service.... It was more like being treated as an inconvenience. Rude! & the 1 out of 5 sandwichs that had regular pickles wasn't marked, so it's just a guess. Will not be returning to this location.

If you have never gone to popeyes. I would just get the classic chicken sandwich meal with the sweet tea. If you like spicy there sauces are pretty dank.
