We always have a nice time here, but this night a chef with 8 steaks appeared at what was already a full grill.
Everyone was enjoying each other’s company when he pushed his way rudely between our group and angrily slapped his 8 steaks on the grill.
The same chef that separated us, watched our bread that we couldn’t get to light on fire and burn.
He was totally rude, and not enjoying his job at all, so everyone around him felt it.
Thanks Stephanie for being considerate and respectful to us.

Prime Quarter Steak House has the best steaks in Janesville, WI. Their service is good. The food bar has many choices to choose from and you can return to the salad bar if you would like. I would love to go with you. You will love it and we will have a great time there.

It's always a great experience. This steakhouse is one of a kind. The atmosphere is relaxing and fun. grilling your own steaks and garlic bread is part of the appeal. Great for team building or couples trying to learn about each other. We like to go as a family and we also like to bring friends. We've been here many times and will continue to come back.

Good food and service all around as to be expected with a straight $90 meal.
Update 10/05/24: Tonight I suggested prime quarter for dinner. Mistake for me. I grilled up some garlic bread only to find out when I got to the table it was moldy. I proceeded back to the grill to try and find some without mold. No luck. Talked to 3 staff members about it. However, the only solution I received was they too like 12 bags of bread off the shelf. Never told me there was fresher bread or offer an apology. Also didn't check the bread other customers were consuming. Kinda ruined my appetite. I took home my 90$ steak and potato. Totally disappointed in my choice of restaurants tonight. Might need to stick with Texas roadhouse. And save a lot of $$$.
