Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

This was my first time at any Red Robin. Our server, Sam, was fantastic. He was prompt and helpful, but not overbearing. The phone was plentiful and 100% delicious. Will most definitely return.

Bonus points: There are EV chargers on the edge of the parking lot, really appreciate those!

Went a couple days ago, waited quite awhile for a table for two while the entire restaurant was almost empty. Then one of us waited almost 20 mins for the other drink, we were there for almost an hour waiting for our food but after waiting the food was just not good, No seasoning, not enough toppings, and you think if you order the bacon AVOCADO burger you would get more than half a tablespoon of avocado. I mean it’s just not worth the price and I wondered why I haven’t been in over 5 years, now i remember why.

We had to wait forever to get drinks and then the food not the waitress fault the bartenders suck they are so slow I won’t be going there again

Great Cobb salad again.Tender grilled chicken.Went with Honey Mustard dressing and had very good flavor.Have been ordering this salad for 10 or more years.Not as big as years past but now I can at least finish it

Appetizers were room temperature. The wraps were 1/2 tortillas and half chicken and extremely tiny. This is not the usual proportions.

They were very busy on veterans day. Service slow at bar . Nice server. Tavern burger very good.

This place has gone downhill. We used to eat there often, but their service and food has gotten worse. Good luck getting them to try to take care of the problem you won't get anybody that gives a damn. They do have a couple decent waiters and waitresses and none of those problems are their fault. They have managed to mess up my order so many times for the last few times we gave him chances that I even stopped eating there. Went there one day for something with my daughter and her school, when the manager asked if we want to be seated to eat I said no we don't eat here anymore and when she asked why I said too many problems. Then she offered to comp a meal for us which I did decline because I'm done eating there. My wife decided she was going to take them up on it so we would just sit and wait for my daughter and when everything was said and done we got a bill and when we asked about the bill she said she was only willing to come my meal not my wife's. Even though we specifically said that we didn't eat there anymore that we didn't like it she's only willing to comp the meal for me and not my wife. That was very Shady and even though we weren't going to eat there, we got scammed out of a meal cuz we still had to pay for it even though we didn't want it to begin with. We refuse to go back it's not even worth the trouble

The initial experience wasn’t great. My food was accidentally given to someone else for pickup due to what seemed like a system issue.

What really stood out though was how the staff handled it. They remade my food right away with no hassle, and the kind lady at the front went out of her way to offer me a complimentary shake for the inconvenience. The food was definitely worth the wait, and the accountability from the team made all the difference.

Nicole my server was once again amazing today. I havent eaten in Red Robin in years, and because of her friendly personality and great service i have gone in twice this past month.
