Very good service. Lots of different beers. Food was delicious. I highly recommend the Banzai burger, teriyaki, pineapple, cheddar, etc.

Service very poor. Our server never returned after we ordered. No food checkup, no refills, no check. We had to ask other servers and manager for things our server should have taken care of herself.

Every surface was sticky. Burger was undercooked, and the meat had gone sour. For $3.99 you can add on 5 Onion Rings, rinsed in dirty dish water and fried in week old oil. Not worth the price tag, I'd much rather have Culver's

Stopped in with my eldest daughter and had a great meal. The burgers we had were delicious, as usual. We each had a Chocolate Covered Pretzel Milkshake and they were amazing (highly addictive). Our server was excellent and attentive. A joy to interact with. I would recommend Red Robins in Janesville for your next meal

BIRTHDAY PARTY WE WERE TREATED LIKE THE ROYAL FAMILY!!! Thank you for the Attention to Detail with our various Dietary needs ❤️ Food was Cooked to perfection everyone has a Great time !!! There were two Birthday parties going on at the Same time you couldn't have treated us all any Kinder , what a Great nite . GREAT FOOD CARING ATTENTIVE SERVICE!!!
