We placed our order online and received both an email and text confirmation. When we arrived to pick up our order at the recommended time, we were told that the hostess never confirmed the order and that I would need to wait an additional 20-minutes for my meal. The gentlemen at the desk explained that the hostess failed to hit the accept button when the order was received. He not offer a discount for the inconvenience, which would have been appropriate.My advice would be to avoid using their online ordering system.

Ordered ahead 1 hour and pulled into town. Downtown area didn't feel safe. Waited 45 minutes for food as people were seated, ordered, and served. Not authentic Thai, more like Chinese-American, not my type of food- very dissatisfied after traveling 400 miles and not eating all day.

This is my wife's favorite restaurant. They serve great food and we have always been able to get a seat. Very friendly to vegetarians and vegans.Vegetarian options: Everything seems to be made vegan but you can add your choice of protein if you wish.

We weren’t sat for the first 15 minutes we walked in, even when there were at least 3 servers, and 4 open tables that weren’t cleaned yet. It was a small atmosphere and wasn’t very busy but we didn’t even get waters or a drink order to start; we waited 12 more minutes before we decided to leave.

The food was AMAZING! I was just there and I need more already. The waitress was kind and very knowledgeable about the menu including the dishes, popular dishes, and clearly answering any questions we had (and we had many) but not very attentive and our glasses were empty for most of our meal.I specifically like that you can order each dish on a spicy scale. Similar to a rare-well done steak scale, Sandee's has a 5 point scale for each dishes' heat (don't quote me, it may only be an option for some dishes and not others. I will definitely be going back to try more of the menu!Vegetarian options: The dishes clearly marked on the menu were actually vegan.
