I just wanna say that I was having a really rough morning and we go through the drive-through and Miss Carla. The lady of the drive-through was the absolute best. Her attitude was absolutely amazing, she loves her job and you can just tell!! Absolutely amazing!

If someone is paying $7-$8 for a drink, please make it how they would like it made and don’t skimp on ingredients. It doesn’t cost much to add the extra foam I asked for, and I would’ve been a much happier customer if you had made the drink how I wanted it. Instead, I now know to not go to this location again.

I accidentally placed my mobile order at the wrong Starbucks location, and only realized it once I pulled up to the drive-thru window. Autumn was so kind and gracious—she let us place our order right there so we didn’t have to drive across town to pick up the drinks. She turned what could have been a frustrating situation into such a positive experience with her warm attitude and helpfulness. Thank you, Autumn, for going above and beyond!

This was the worst Starbuck experience I have ever had. Ordered two drinks, both were incorrect. Paid for carmel and received non. Whipped cream was flat and told by barista that they got a bad batch. Really!!!!! So disappointing.

I’m writing this with hopes that nobody takes advantage of the employees. I went to get a coffee in the drive thru, and after i already placed the order i realized my card was missing from my wallet. I pulled up to the window and told them i couldn’t get my drink anymore because i was unable to pay for it. They told me it wasn’t a big deal and “it happens” and gave it to me for free. they made my bad day so much better thanks to them. I’ll remember my card for next time so i can give them a good tip. :)

Waited over 25 minutes for 2 refreshers, all while they pumped out 50 pick up / to go orders that sat there the whole time. While I sat and waited for 2 drinks. Finally left without my drinks, since I waited so long, and had a to be somewhere and was already going too late! They asked the name on order, and sifted through , and said oh sorry it's gonna be a bit yet.... after almost over 25 minute wait, with only 2 other people waiting for their orders that came in after me. Put priority on the paying customer that is THERE and waiting! Never going back to that location...
