Fantastic Starbucks location with extremely prompt and friendly staff.

This cafe has a drive thru.

The cafe is open, with plenty of seating. The cafe is clean and well-kept.

There is plenty of parking in the parking lot that surrounds the cafe.

The woman at the drive through counter this morning had the most disgusting looking nails due to dirt underneath all of them. Clearly doesn't wash her hands. Won't be going to this location anymore.

I go here every day. Over the last 2 years this has been the most consistent good thing in my life. The employees are so nice, so friendly, and so well put together. Every day feels like going home at this friendly neighborhood starbucks.

My experience at this Janesville location has always been outstanding. I come in for drinks, buy the caramel syrup pump bottles for home use and do some writing. The atmosphere is low key and relaxing. This location is always clean.

I always enjoy my drinks from here, and the best part is that they still use the old cube ice cubes and not the new pellet ice a lot of the stores have switched to. The drive through always seems to be quick and the line is not usually long at all.

My friend and I waited for 10 minutes to place an order, and then waited another 10 minutes to get our order. This wasn’t an issue though. However, after waiting this long, I was hoping that I would get my normal Starbucks order that I have been getting for years now. After getting my coffee, it was extremely watered down and didn’t taste like a Starbucks Coffee at all. I had my friend try it to see if it was just me, and she said that it didn’t taste good at all either. I’ve been to this Starbucks before, and I’ve always had a good experience. Not super sure what was going on this time.

Won't give you water in your own refillable water bottle. Water is literally free and I buy Starbucks on a regular basis. Won't be giving these people my business any longer.

5 stars! I had an awesome time! The Milton Ave Starbucks workers are the best. Customer service was excellent, and David was outstanding, give that man a raise!

I tried the new Pecan Crunch Oatmilk latte. It totally tastes like pecan! The iced version comes with dairy free cold foam, which I switched out for regular sweet cream cold foam, and I think this drink might be one of my new favorites. I'm a huge fan of the nutty flavors like hazelnut and macadamia nut, so I was super excited about this drink and it didn't disappoint! Definitely it's own unique flavor and the pecan pairs really well with oatmilk's depth of flavor. I ordered through the app and my pickup order was ready when I got there - I was very satisfied with the service.

Turns out online orders take priority over customers physically standing in the store. So if you want your over priced coffee be sure to use the drive thru or app. Otherwise you take the chance of waiting 20+ mins
