I tried the new Pecan Crunch Oatmilk latte. It totally tastes like pecan! The iced version comes with dairy free cold foam, which I switched out for regular sweet cream cold foam, and I think this drink might be one of my new favorites. I'm a huge fan of the nutty flavors like hazelnut and macadamia nut, so I was super excited about this drink and it didn't disappoint! Definitely it's own unique flavor and the pecan pairs really well with oatmilk's depth of flavor. I ordered through the app and my pickup order was ready when I got there - I was very satisfied with the service. #72784196

Turns out online orders take priority over customers physically standing in the store. So if you want your over priced coffee be sure to use the drive thru or app. Otherwise you take the chance of waiting 20+ mins

Waited 20 minutes for a simple cup of coffee. The carafe had run out, and they needed to brew more. Since it was extremely busy (10 waiting in each line - call-ahead pickup and drive-through, and totally forget about the people standing at the inside counter.......(!)), they "forgot" about my order - simple coffee. Bad management. They needed at least one more staff person, as the 3 that were there were running their butts off. Felt sorry for them..........is anyone managing this place?

I have given this location many chances to redeem themselves but a good number of the people who work at this location are not friendly, treat customers rudely and act like they are being inconvenienced when they need to take your order. I do not recommend this one at all. They do not speak to you when you walk in and then are rude when they do finally have to help you.

Got a pecan oatmilk latte, light ice but it's still so watered down. I'll have to try it at a different location to fully judge, but $8 for this is outrageous. This is probably the 3rd time coming to this location and it always disappoints. I'll stay away from now on

This new starbucks is definitely a joke. The guy in the drive thru was so disrespectful and was joking around alot I believe with the other co workers trying to be funny and then continued to mess up my order and gave me disrespect and rude looks when I showed him my online order. I will continue to go to the main starbucks on Deerfield Drive because the service there is so sweet. I'd rather wait in line for my order and be late anywhere then go to this starbucks again.
