Nothing better then ordering $60.00 worth of sandwiches but the have stale bread!!

I came in after picking up a door dash order and was greeted with tad the manager. Cool layed back gentleman got to asking about a certain thing and they canceled it he explain he can make wraps and he made me a wrap fast and really good to. Place is well upkept all while being alone. I appreciate the service and great food😊

Ordered 2 subs Philly Cheese Steak and meatball...the guy that was making the Philly cheese steak put cold meat on the bread....asked if it was heated up he replied no I forgot...then he took the meat off the bread put meat in tray and heated it up....there were 3 soggy tomatoes left in the tray...asked if there were anymore tomatoes the girl said No...then while the guy was making the meatball the girl brought out fresh tomatoes....asked for jalpenos on the meatball got 1 slice maybe 5 banana peppers..extra sauce hardly any sauce...bad bad service...no clue what those 2 were doing...Will NOT be going back!!!

Nothing against the people running it, but their coupon scanner did not honor coupons that came in the mail. You scan it and nothing happens. The young kid training was very professional, I was impressed.

Came from a job site, had several orders and wanted to ring up 3 separate orders using 3 different coupons and needed 3 different recipes.... was told couldn't use more than 1 coupon ,so do we have to prove that there's more than one order? Should we call in the orders separately? And if we call them in separately then can one person come with coupons for everyone's orders that are called inseparably are does everyone have to bring in their own coupon and get their own food which is defeating the whole purpose i'm having one person coming pick up the food

Well my fiance had a horrible experience with one worker, it was short male with dark hair. He kept on making rude remarks towards his our co- workers and was not professional at all. My finace kept the talking to a bare minimum didn’t, want to Interact with him at all. All the other workers were amazing but him specifically 1 star.

New to the area store with difficult to find using Google but when I found it I was pleased mainly because when I went inside the customer service was outstanding from the person that begin making my food to the person that took over to finally at the end and the manager I did not get his name but he did an awesome job and I'll let him know that the store's customer service was outstanding

They forgot my husband’s 1/2 sandwich, I called and spoke to a very pleasant person and she said that I could return for the other 1/2 however I had carpet installers coming. By the time I was able to return my husband had to leave for work. I didn’t want it to sit in the refrigerator for a day so I asked if I could swap it. Straight up rudeness is what I got. The person just got rude and told me I could only get the exact same sandwich so it ended up dog food.
