If you’re on the south side go with the court st subway instead. I wouldn’t bother posting, but this is the 3rd time they completely missed part of my order, the dressing for a salad and the additional topping for a wrap. This time I had it delivered but still had to go to the store to collect the missing item. Wasn’t offered a refund or any compensation for the inconvenience.

Honestly I DoorDash Subway A LOT and they almost always stuff my sub FULL which I LOVE. It's a chill place inside, the door chime is a bit loud but pickup is easy and the people are nice.

Just drive on by and go somewhere else. Long wait. Not fresh. When I went in there there was only three people in front of me and there were two people working behind the counter. Doesn't seem that busy but the two employees were acting like it was the most hectic day in the world and it took forever. Not worth the wait to have a sandwich with stale bread and stale ingredients.

I went there two days in a row with my boyfriend through the drive through and both days they got our orders wrong. They did not put any vegetables on the first day and the second day they put the wrong vegetables on. When we went in the second day asking them to remake our correct sandwich the old guy was rude about it.
Out of spinach and lettuce. Let me stand in line for 20 minutes and started making my sub before telling me. What a joke of an establishment.

omg yall do not know how to do your jobs. the chick who took my order was nice, but she clearly was not trained the right way. with certain meats you’re ALWAYS supposed to toast unless specified as otherwise. and she forgot the sauce on my sandwich. the managers need to properly train their employees. i worked at subway for 1 month and i know things that these poor workers have never been taught. that job is NOT rocket science

Subway can vary quite a bit from location to location, but this one must be managed very well. Staff is always friendly and professional, and sandwich artists work quickly and accurately. The building is also very nice and always clean. One of my regular places if I go out to eat on lunch break. Definitely the best Subway in Janesville area.The food is usually kept pretty fresh, nothing extraordinary, but what you'd expect from Subway. Healthier options than most places.
