omg yall do not know how to do your jobs. the chick who took my order was nice, but she clearly was not trained the right way. with certain meats you’re ALWAYS supposed to toast unless specified as otherwise. and she forgot the sauce on my sandwich. the managers need to properly train their employees. i worked at subway for 1 month and i know things that these poor workers have never been taught. that job is NOT rocket science

Subway can vary quite a bit from location to location, but this one must be managed very well. Staff is always friendly and professional, and sandwich artists work quickly and accurately. The building is also very nice and always clean. One of my regular places if I go out to eat on lunch break. Definitely the best Subway in Janesville area.The food is usually kept pretty fresh, nothing extraordinary, but what you'd expect from Subway. Healthier options than most places.

Stopped in for some sandwiches. I was so surprised by the terrible customer service. The staff treated me like I was an inconvenience. I had to open the door twice to trigger the bell for them to notice I was there. Then she asked me if I wanted a sandwich. Um...this is a sandwhich place...There is a lot of parking and the restaurant was clean. Customer service was so bad that I would not recommend.

The lowest score I've given a business. On our way from Illinois to Wisconsin for a short weekend trip. It's become a tradition to stop at a Subway along the way. This one happened to be closest. It's off Kellogg Ave and Center. It's not hard to miss as there's a large, marvelous Subway sign. We walked in (2 of us); it's a very clean Subway. It was extremely cold, and the AC had to be set in the 60s. Brrrrr.We walked in, and the entrance door bell went off. Nobody to be seen. After 3 or 4 minutes, an employee poked her head around the corner and looked at us. She then disappeared again, um?My fiancee had to trigger the entrance door sound to get them to come out. The employee reappeared and said, "Give me a moment".The young lady seemed very annoyed and had an attitude. Luckily, I ordered the cold cut trio. I can't imagine how annoyed she would have been with a more complex sandwich. The other gentleman came out to ring up the order. He was also acting annoyed. Did we inconvenience you? I didn't tip, and he gave me a smirk. I will not be visiting here again.
