Would not recommend staff is rude when they ask if you want your sandwich toasted they don't toast it long enough their response to me is I Don't care!!

The store was very dirty with crumbs on every surface, the knife used to cut my footling in half had sauce all over it from another sub that then got on mine, the lettuce had chicken from another customers sub sitting inside it, that then ended up in my turkey sub, and the server was too short to reach half of the ingredients so her shirt was touching my sub with every veggie grabbed. Looked very gross and unappealing to eat here.

I don't remember his name but the guy with pins on his hat was awesome. We had a big order and it was just him and someone who appeared to be in training bless her heart, it took a bit but it usually does. He did great, was very fun and nice. Glad we stopped here

Gave us a 6 inch instead of a footlong. And they NEVER answer their phones. Tried to call and cancel an order I placed here instead of a different location and I couldn’t get through at all. It wasn’t until I called a different location that I was able to get some help. Absolutely ridiculous.

Always closes 30 to 45 minutes early. Why say you close at 9 if you are closing at 8pm?? Poor service
Disrespectful server
Not sure who was working tonight, but her behavior was not it. Service was also very slow. I was standing there ordering for 25 minutes! Which is ridiculous. She was very impatient but made the food very slowly acting as if it was my fault. I get having bad days, but service was horrible today. I will be going to other locations from now on
Poorly made sandwiches. Last two times I went it has been disappointing. I doubt I ever go again

Horrible service tonight at subway in Walmart in janesville tonight! My fiancé and I couldn't even finish our sandwich tonight as the lady rudely said we are closed even though we had a few more minutes. We where in the middle of eating!!! Very rude.
Jacob is all about keeping the store clean. Very efficient and pleasant
