Taco bell would get a 5 rating if you brought back Taco salad the way it used to be years ago people were buying it more then and when you changed it by putting rice in it not many people like rice in the salad that's probably why it wasn't being bought as much so you took Taco salad out. Bring it back please with no rice in it.

The older ladies at the drive through are consistently rude! I stopped going there for the longest time because they’re always angry and never say please or thank you! Tonight I dared to ask for a glass of ice with my daughter’s online order she was picking up. They opened the window to give us our stuff, and I simply asked if I could get my glass of ice. The one older lady said I don’t know anything about that. I told her I ordered it when I gave you Chloe’s name. The other older lady then yells at me, yes yelled. I took the order and I forgot. I am in customer service and there was absolutely no reason for her to act like that. I didn’t harass her. Hopefully you have cameras

What a disappointment…. I mean it’s Taco Bell so my expectations were pretty low to begin with - but this was horrible. We ordered 13 items. After waiting 14 minutes they called my name and I was missing 7 out of the 13 items. When I told the staff member she was very disrespectful. How the hell this location stays in business is beyond me. This was the final straw. From now on I’ll just go to a real Mexican restaurant at least I’ll get what I order and it’ll probably be cheaper!

I waited for 12 minutes at this location and didnt move 1 car in the drive thru. Oh wait yea I moved 1 car because the car in front of me left. So did the 2 cars behind me because I had to wait for them to leave before I could leave. Absolutely unacceptable, I get its a Taco Bell its not a five star restaurant but that was ridiculous. I would like a refund for the order I never received. This was around 12:30 am 6/30/25. Oh and this was the 2nd location I had be too. Oh yea, this was also a Saturday night where a Morgan Wallen concert just let out. Way to go Taco Bell.

Stood in line and waited for my order to be taken because the item i wanted was not on the app. They were busy and I met eyes with the person running drive-thru but to not take my order or even be greeted after 6 minutes of waiting I left

Taco Bell's two downfalls, both of which is a growing trend amongst other fast foods are 1)the service at the counter is almost non existent and to add more changes is nearly impossible using the kiosks. (ieYou can't simply ask for the beans to be put on the side of one item and the taco meat of another to be put aside on the other so you can swap with your partner), and 2) the seating is so hard, made NOT to be comfortable so that it doesn't encourage long stays by customers. For someone with Fibromyalgia, it makes it a tough sell to want to visit your restaurant. I'd rather take the money and sit in a nicer restaurant so I can sit without hurting in so much pain. McDonald's is just as bad lately, too.

Went through the drive thru around 3am and ordered a bean burrito.. threw up for 3 days after eating it.
What's with this place? It used to be good. Now, every time I go in, my order is screwed up. Today, it took 3 trips to the counter to sort it out. It's terrible!

Regular customer through the drive thru late at night. Very nice service taking our order but, always missing an item most of the time. I usually go in and get missing item but, after tonight I chose not to go there anymore. I could see if they were busy but, no one else in drive through or lobby.

The manger (pink hair) is super rude to his employees. He has a guy who’s mentally challenged working and everytime he messes up he’s given him shit for it. Anytime he talks to him or tells him what to do he always has a nasty tone or will straight up yell at him. Everyone else he is nice to, just the one guy. I feel extremely angry and sorry for that man.
