Too many people in the kitchen, cooks, and cashier were distracted chatting. Ordered a Cantina Chicken bowl. It was a hard stretch to cover the bottom of the dish. Chicken was dried out, ordered no lettuce, and it was there. Got charged for extra Gauc. Sauce received none.
Ordered loaded nachos got no gauc. and barley any chips.

Lesson learned only go to this store during the day.

Typical Taco Bell, sometimes the craving is there. This is my preferred location in town although the food is the same it is better there in my experience. Service is fast and friendly.

Unfriendly, unhelpful staff. They will stand there and stare at you when you walk in, refuse to come to the counter until you ask for help, then demand that you use the kiosk to place your order because they don't want to punch your order in. I was having trouble with the app and couldn't place my order by myself. So glad I drove all the way across town for some nacho fries and didn't even get to eat. Went across the street to the McDonalds instead.

Steak quesadilla I just got through the drive-thru was half empty. I have not been to Taco Bell in years, had a silly craving. Could have found much better places to spend that money. Has fast food for almost $10 for a pathetic meal really gone down hill this bad?

If you order from this one make sure you ALWAYS check your bag. I can guarantee something is missing or wrong. I always end up going back inside for them to fix it and I always get attitude. I didn't mess up making it, you did. Then I get attitude because I didn't "say it right" I don't say anything to you, I order online. Then they told me I probably did it wrong. Like no, I know what I order online and I know what I want. All you need to say is sorry you'll make it right. Never had any problems from the Milton location.

Steer clear from this location. Go to milton Avenue. This location gets my order wrong every single time. And the manager was smoking in the doorway blocking me from leaving after I had to go back in cuz they messed up 10 tacos. Employees extremely rude as well. Dude throws the food on the counter like it's my fault.

The man at the window was wonderful. The young rude lady however. Not so much I asked the total she rolled her eyes said...WHAT? told me then thought she closed the window but didn't and said "someone else deal with her I'm not on the clock". Then I was shorted a burrito so tired to tell them. She got an attitude about that. Rolled the messiest burrito I have ever seen ( I used to work at this location). Now I have to go back and ask for the sauces they forgot on an 11 burrito order. If you don't like working at food. Maybe you shouldn't? It's not a job for people with a silver spoon entitled attitude

Arrived to order breakfast twice recently. First time in drive thru was told they had a late employee and couldn’t serve me. This was at 10:30AM. Second time was at 7:00AM, and was told they are having a late start. Probably best to close the location until employees are ready.

the worst place in the city, waited 35 minutes for someone to come to make an order, after I made the order the workers completely lost interest in working after standing for another 30 minutes, I just left without eating anything, I do not recommend this place burn everything and you don't care

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST TACO BELL I HAVE BEEN TO!! Ordered food in the store, then it sat in delivery and moble app area for 5 min while I waited in dining room for my name to be called. So already food soggy and cold. Then when I got home I'm missing 3 items!!! Are you joking me!! If you can go to Miltion Ave. But to be honest I probably won't be back to ANY TACO BELL for a long time or ever if that. Just insane.

The location at West Court St. is such a 50/50 chance of either having really horrible employees with horrible management or everything is fine. I was given horrible attitude from an employee who was in their early 20s about doing multiple orders and I could only do one. I was told to either deal with it or leave which is ridiculous. It's a business if someone is giving you money you take it not make it complicated. The fact that management didn't bother to even apologize speaks words. The district manager should do something because of how badly these employees treat their customers and give outrageous attitudes. Either do better or don't work if you're just going to be pissed.
