This is the WORST taco bell we have experienced. The food was cold, horribly mixed up, and missing items. The employees were rude, slow, disrepectful, and argumentative when confronted. The lobby was disgustingly dirty. When complaining on the website nothing is done to rectify the poor food and service. We will not be returning.

I had a pick up order of just drinks, a few of them tasted and looked off. I went in and was greeted by Carrie who helped me the whole way. She was super friendly and went out of her way to help me. She was very quick and very nice to everyone who came in. Hands down best customer experience I’ve had at this location.

They never get our order right at this location. Got 3 DLT supremes no lettuce. They filled all of them up with lettuce. When they bagged my order they put the crunchy tacos in the middle. They were smashed up. Ordered 4 soft tacos only got 3 they failed to wrap the food properly and grease leaked out all over the bag. Worst taco bell ever. If I ask for fresh chalupas they don't do it.

Went through the drive through ordered beef chalupas and asked for shells that weren't hard and I got chicken chalupas with hard.Shells, and when I called, I was apologized to and that was it.I asked for a refund as I don't eat chicken chalupas, and I don't eat hard.Shells, and then they hung up on me.Probably the worst customer service i've ever gotten out of taco.Bell.

Late night Taco Bell is just that, late night tacos. Had craving for something to nosh on, Taco Bell fit the bill this time.
1 item was wrong when we got home(25 mins away) chips for nachos were too salty to eat. Chicken quesadilla had barely any chicken and drowned in queso. Mountain Dew Zero was all syrup and Baha was all carbonation.

Order three tacos. Two didn't have any cheese on them but an excessive amount of lettuce. The person handed me the food didn't seem to want to be there. They they also sat my pintos and cheese on his side in the bag. And they expected me to eat it with my fingers. I guess no silverware included

I give a 3 star due to 1 person really. The lady that took the order was super up beat and enjoyable however when I got to the window the lady working simply stated amount. Charged. No smile. I even said hey thank you I appreciate you and she immediately started talking to someone else ignoring me. Again no smile no thank you no nothing.
