I waited in line for over 20 minutes and never even got my food. I waited at the speaker for 15ish of those minutes, and never even got to say anything into it. After a while, there weren't even any cars in front of me, so I had no choice but to drive off since I was going to be late for work.
The line was moving at an absolute snail's pace. I even paid for my order in the mobile app ahead of time in hopes I could speed up the process, but instead I'm just out the money since I never even received my food.

Would give them zero stars if I could. Stuck in the drive thru lane for over 20 min to order. There is no way to. exit once in the line. After ordering, there was still a 10 min wait for food. This is RIDICULOUS! I will never go here again. I ended up not ordering food because I wasn’t going to wait, another 10 to 15 minutes. It’s a drive-through, which is supposed to be fast. And design your drive-thru so there’s an exit to go around so people don’t have to wait almost a half an hour to get away from the lousy service.

I just watched a person bring in the incorrect drive through order and after digging through the food watched them take the bag back and hand it to the person waiting in the drive through. When I grabbed my own food out my fingers touched food so that is just gross and I’m sure against policy. Also watched workers chatting on their phones while working without gloves and also a different worker grabbing the money til with gloves on and not replacing the gloves. Disgusting, makes me want to throw my food away and never come back to this Taco Bell.

I did not receive all my food that I ordered I spent 6 dollars on something that I didn’t even get. And now I have to pay another 12 dollars to have it delivered bc I’m not going all the way back to Taco Bell it’s too far from my house

Second time in two days I was here, today though many sodas were empty, but not labeled as so. Couldn't get help at the counter employees were loud, talking about Jordan love and toyotathon conspiracies and couldn't help us with food ring up. Had a burrito missed, so I had to yell for assistance into the back since they were again talking about Love and the bears at this point. Not really happy with this visit.

This place sucks. Looks like they hire illerates that didnt finish 2nd grade. Everytime I order from this place its either missing part of my order or they dont get my order right. Please hire hire people that at least finished middle school.

Staff was very rude to every customer in the dine in. Slamming the food on the counter. Waited for 10 minutes to place order because no one came to the counter. Then I was told it is kiosk ordering only. There are no signs posted stating this. If this is the case take the front counter out all together. When I did receive my food my order was wrong. Not sure what is going on but have always loved Taco Bell. Probably won't be going back to that location ever.

Stood at the counter, in full view of at least 3 employees whom I'm sure were aware of our presence, but made it a point not to look in our direction. After several minutes, my wife noticed the order kiosk behind us, so we used that.
When our order was up, my Luxe Cravings Box was missing the Decades collectible cup that was supposed to come with.
Upon asking for it, I was looked at like I was an idiot by someone who looks like one herself, and was never given my cup. I ended up just grabbing a regular one from the counter.
Also the most horrible abnoxion was playing way too loud over the speakers throughout the duration of our visit.

Out of ALL the main soda flavors. Poorly run store management when you’re out of Pepsi, Cherry Pepsi, Baja Blast. Very dirty store. One of the staff members came out of the bathroom stall, he did not wash his hands. Orders were wrong. Not impressed.
