Really disappointed in the level of customer service from the late shift crew there. Had a carryout order put in several hours before pickup time, which was just before closing, and arrived for pickup and find the store closed. Called customer service and come to find out one of the employees canceled my order and failed to inform me of such. So not only did I waste a half hour round trip for nothing......my crew at work also didn't get the meal they were told was coming. Thanks a million!

Was one of my favorite places to order. But today, the website will not let us choose this store for ordering. Tried to call the number, and got some call center in India! They were gonna try to take my order and then repeated what I already knew.... The website won't let this location be chosen.
I remember the days of calling toppers and getting the clever hold tracks that would always be hilarious. Now a call center. Sad. I won't be ordering again. Hire local help!

I ordered a triple order of OG still and got a triple order of OG stirs with no cheese on them. When I reached out to them to complain they refused to fix the issue and blamed us for it. So now I am out the money and have an upset kid. Why would anyone order a triple without cheese? Why can't you just fix the mistake and move on? Is dough and cheese really worth more then making a customer happy? I want my money back. I don't want gift cards or any free stuff. I want for management to be held accountable for the horrible customer service! I am going to scream from the roof top how horrible toppers is from this day forward. I will let any and everyone know that is the worst. Why would you even risk a bad review over dough and cheese?

I ordered a thin crust (asked for square cut , they didn’t do it) with 3 toppings. I received an over cooked, topping lacking, stale, almost inedible pizza from a store 8 minutes from my house. They not only charge 4.99 for delivery, but they tack on a gratuity charge! They don’t even hire their own drivers anymore either. C’mon, Toppers you used to be so much better than this.

Their vegan breadsticks are what I only really get here , for the price they charge I will usually get my pizza else where or make it at home. But their breadsticks I’ll say are worth it.

For the past few years, whenever we are in town we order from Toppers, which is 1-3 times a year. We are exhausted from hours of driving and getting settled into our hotel so we order delivery. The last few times I tried to order in the app, it said card only, no cash. Except when you put your card number in it won’t accept any of them and displays an error message. Then I have to call to place the order and I get a call center where everyone has thick Indian accents. This time I could not really understand the man taking my order and I could tell he was annoyed with me. Why can’t I just call the restaurant directly anymore? The delivery people always delivered to my hotel room in the past too. This time our driver texted me and said he was “here”. Okay. Except he didn’t come to the door so my husband went to the lobby thinking he was there. No delivery person in sight. He had to go out to the parking lot to find him. That is unacceptable. I have a disabled child so thankfully my husband was with me to go out and find our dinner in the parking lot when I sent a 20% tip too. The food was hot and the order was correct so I’ll give you that. There wasn’t much sauce on the pizza and the marinara sauce for the garlic knots had a weird taste. It was just okay. I think we might be done with Toppers which is disappointing because it was a tradition for us that we looked forward to every time we were in town.
