Their vegan breadsticks are what I only really get here , for the price they charge I will usually get my pizza else where or make it at home. But their breadsticks I’ll say are worth it.

For the past few years, whenever we are in town we order from Toppers, which is 1-3 times a year. We are exhausted from hours of driving and getting settled into our hotel so we order delivery. The last few times I tried to order in the app, it said card only, no cash. Except when you put your card number in it won’t accept any of them and displays an error message. Then I have to call to place the order and I get a call center where everyone has thick Indian accents. This time I could not really understand the man taking my order and I could tell he was annoyed with me. Why can’t I just call the restaurant directly anymore? The delivery people always delivered to my hotel room in the past too. This time our driver texted me and said he was “here”. Okay. Except he didn’t come to the door so my husband went to the lobby thinking he was there. No delivery person in sight. He had to go out to the parking lot to find him. That is unacceptable. I have a disabled child so thankfully my husband was with me to go out and find our dinner in the parking lot when I sent a 20% tip too. The food was hot and the order was correct so I’ll give you that. There wasn’t much sauce on the pizza and the marinara sauce for the garlic knots had a weird taste. It was just okay. I think we might be done with Toppers which is disappointing because it was a tradition for us that we looked forward to every time we were in town.

Customer wanted decent pizza so tried Toppers. It was pretty good except order was delayed by computer 15 minutes but worth the time.

This place is pretty good if you’re willing to pay the price. Their vegan options keep changing which is disappointing cuz I fell in love with the first one I had and they’ve never had it since and the other ones they’ve had are always disappointing. Usually the only vegan ones are spicy and we can’t do spicy. The topperstix are not very good vegan. And their ranch sucks.

I don't know what you guys did this time but the Topperstix were excellent.
I wanted to try the new pan pizza, so I ordered one for take out. Arrived to the store about 15 minutes later. I walked into the store and found no one. No employee in the kitchen area, behind the counter, or by the oven. I could see my pizza reached the end of the oven belt and was just sitting there, even though my order was marked "Ready" on the screen by the counter. Store was also playing explicit hip hop music through the speakers, which was fine with me, but probably not with a customer with a family.
I waited about 10 minutes, yelled "hello" twice before the employee came out of the office area. No urgency and no "sorry for the wait". He bumbled back by the oven, gave my pizza a push back into the oven and stated it would be another minute. After a few minutes, he boxed and brought out my pizza, which had a giant burnt bubble that ruined 1/4th of the pizza. Guy was slurring, not speaking very clearly. Gave me the impression that he could've been under the influence of something. He ended up having to remake the pizza, which is fine and what I expected. New pizza came out in a decent time and looked better. I couldn't tell in the store but when I opened the box at home, I believe he gave me the wrong type of pepperoni. I asked for thick cut pepperoni and he gave me the regular kind. The pizza was good, but the service turned me off. Most likely won't come back

Never received our order. Waited over an hour to be told it was "delivered" but never received anything. Now out $50, because Toppers refuses to refund me. Terrible customer service, terrible delivery service. 0/10. Save your money and order elsewhere! Toppers steals money and refuses to fix their mistakes!

Got nacho stix and found that it didn't have any nacho cheese. Figured the name would be enough of a hint, but when i went in to ask for my nacho cheese drizzled on the female working just grabbed 2 nacho cheese dipping cups and plopped them in my box. I asked "aren't you supposed to drizzle it on?" She walked away into the back and refused to address me further so I walked out and typed this review.
